She started doing a white French tip, and when I asked her to keep the same color I originally had, she seemed annoyed. Now the polish is all over my fingers and under my nails, and the shape is completely off--every nail looks different. I'm really unhappy with how they turned out and I don't think I'll be going back.

The online booking process was super easy, and provided very detailed instructions of what to do once you arrive. The application took about 1.5 hours, and the environment in the studio is calm and relaxing (i almost fell asleep a few times, because I was so relaxed. haha). They have several after care products available in the studio, and you are sent home with detailed instructions on how to care for your lashes and make them last. My lashes look beautiful, and I'm very happy with the final results (I've already received so many compliments on my lashes, and I've only had them for one day)!

I'm pissed because there was no conversation about it and she didn't even mention it during the appointment. Erin is a talker and she should have said something and asked me before making the decision to just cut my lashes. If you made such a mess/mistake with the glue and taping, honestly, you should have just started over and removed them properly. Not even mentioning it speaks to your professionalism, and it appears you may need to revisit training. I have NEVER had a lash tech cut my lashes. I did not see it while there because the lights were dim. My husband noticed right away. When I texted Erin about it, she didn't even apologize or extend a phone call to discuss it, which feels like you don't care. This appointment was 6/28/2022, but I waited to write review because I was angry and hoped she'd reach out. I have been using eyelash serum to get them to grow back.

My first time meeting the unforgettable esthetician, Lori. As soon as I walked through the door, Lori greeted me with a smile and overflowing southern charm. We laughed and talked the entire time. Since the pandemic started, lounge clothes and a make up free face have caused me to not feel as…read morepretty as I used to feel. The day before my birthday, my Mom out in California surprised me with a gift certificate to Eye Beauty Studio for lash extensions. I had never had them before and I was VERY that they would look "fake". It was just some thing I have never looked into before. Either way, I was ready to give it a chance. I called Freda to schedule and lucky for me she had a same-day cancellation so I slid right into that appointment and it was go time. When I parked in front of the salon I texted to let her know I had arrived and she met me at the door, mainly due to Covid reasons. She walked me back to her HUGE private salon and I sat on the couch and immediately felt comfortable. Freda explained all the risks and benefits and I filled out a couple of pieces of paperwork. We came up with a plan after bouncing ideas back-and-forth, looking at photos and really just trusting the process. Like I said earlier, I had never done this before and since I had no idea what that's was about to happen I was a little bit anxious as we got stared but that quickly went away. Freda explained what she was about to do and why and it made me really understand the process of what was going on. Things can be scary when you're eyes are closed for an entire appointment... but not this one. She also really made me feel like I was cozy at home laying in my own bed. From the soothing music to the coziest blanket I've ever felt in my life, it wasn't ling before I fell sleep... twice. The rest of the time we had a wonderful conversation. She is such a good listener. I am so grateful to my Mom all the way in California who just wanted me to feel pretty because when I say I posed for my after photos, I POSED for those after photos. I absolutely adore Freda. On one hand she is so professional and an extremely brilliant businesswoman and on the other hand she is the kindest most gentle person who just wants to make people feel pretty. She is the perfect combination of everything that makes up a good human being and for me it's certainly a treat whenever I meet someone like her.

They're great if you want to look at least a little made up without spending time putting on full make up. In December 2023 I decided to have Freda, the owner, do a lip brush. I hate wearing lipstick since it dries up my lips, which was the deciding factor. It's a two step process but totally worth it. No more lipstick for me, only some gloss. Just recently they added facials to their menu. I went today and had a brightening facial with an exfoliation done with Kaylin. It was pretty amazing and Kaylin explained every step of the facial. My skin felt so subtle and soft afterwards. In fact, I booked my next facial appointment already and I've decided to do this once a month on the same day as my eyelash fills. They offer packages which makes it cheaper than buying individual facials. Moral of this long review...I am totally pleased with all of their services and can only recommend them to anyone who wants to practice some self care!

This location is centrally located and running at full tilt often. Add a delicious boba bar next door and this place aims to stay busy. That said, I've gotten 2 of the best pedicures I've ever had. More detail? The massages are 8/10. What makes them great is the techs listened to my needs for nail shaping both times. This is a big deal when you have something that bothers. Will keep coming back while I'm in this area.

I'm in so much pain right now because of the way Kevin took off my old nails for a new set. He took…read morea fake nail and used it to remove my old nails. I flinched in pain 3 times and every time I did that, he looked annoyed. I finally told him that it's hurting me and then he used a drill. Bottom line is he wrecked and ruined my real nails to the point that I needed to take an ibuprofen and soak my nails in an ice bath. I'm nice, never complain, and I tip well. I would've let it go but I'm tired of being quiet. He put the oil on my nails at the end and didn't even rub it in or anything. So I have one hand dripping with oil while he's waiting for the other hand to finish with the uv light. No big deal, right? Then when I thanked him, he didn't respond. Nothing. Not you're welcome, have a nice day, not a word. Really??? Been coming here for 5 years and today will be my last. Even after all that, I still tipped 20%. Then later when the pain hit, I called the shop and asked for my tip money back. I'm not going to be treated like crap anymore. Kevin is rude and has no personality. But hey, customers are a dime a dozen, right??? Well, so are nail shops. It's a shame because there are nice people who work there, but Kevin is not one of them. Treat your customers better, especially your loyal ones.
