Teresa did am amazing job. Hope, a German Shepherd rescue has some issues, and the vet office cannot trim here nails even. They recommended I drug her before they would entertain trying again. Sergio was a wonderful groomer and we loved their services until today. This is the second time they have sent another groomer without letting me know, the groomer arrived 30 minutes later than the appointment time, never communicated her ETA to me. The owner was rude and dismissive of my concerns and charged me over $200 dollars as I told the groomer there would not be enough time to groom two dogs. I recently moved to Henderson and was in desperate need of a dog groomer for my German Shepard. The team at Oohlapaws is outstanding. We have a total of 6 within our family that they groom, 3 older dogs, and 3 younger dogs. The older dogs have health issues, mainly hip dysplasia, arthritis, disc issues, and knee issues. I have to medicate 1 of them to be groomed, he is so fragile. Not only does Oohlapaws communicate with me when they are grooming him, but they are so careful that my little guy comes out of the trailer with his little bandana on, walking so proud and happy. There have been times that the grooming was iffy regarding his state that day, but Stacy and her team always manage to make it work without harming him one bit. The other 2 older dogs are not as fragile as the one, but they come out the same, all proud and happy. One of the younger ones is riddled with anxiety, yet Stacy and her team manage to get this little groomed every time, without any hesitation. I have an American Eskimo that is not very cooperative when he is getting groomed but they handled him fabulously. I used Furryland a few times before this groomer and they were awful and over priced. The actual left a razor burn mark on my dogs butt! I'm really impressed with the customer service that Oohlapaws provides. When you have an appointment they are on time! I'm also impressed with their trailer it's all self contained. You might not think that this is a huge plus, and I will explain why. I have used several mobile groomers in the past. They always hook up to your power, several mobile groomers overload your circuit and trip your breaker. Most of them won't even tell you they just open your service panel and reset the breaker themselves. Some will even forget to close your service panel. Well in the real world every time you trip a breaker you weaken it. The other thing is dumping the grey water when they are done with your grooming oohlapaws doesn't do that. Do not use this company as they discriminate against certain types of breeds. I booked an appt due to availability on website, they ask for breed which I identified my dog as terrier mix.....I got a text saying they have no availability. My terrier is more of a jack Russell( I am sure she thought more like pitbull/terrier, etc) type terrier but a mix. I confronted the owner and told her she should be ashamed to discriminate against certain breeds. She made all types of excuses. Thereafter, I had a private chat with a Facebook group and several people had advised this company does discriminate, next time I will be reaching out to the Facebook chat group regarding mobile groomers who care for all types of breeds, instead of booking appts for certain mobile groomers. read more

Was in search for a mobile dog groomer and located Oohlapaws. They were quick to respond and set an appointment within a weeks time. We have 3 dogs to include a 9 month old puppy and a 13 year old dog with arthritis and anxiety.
