The staff could not have been nicer! The office was cute and had a pretty view of the forested area behind it. My treatment was virtually pain free and the whole appointment look less than 30 minutes! No one tried to upsell me or critique my appearance, which is something I dealt with when using Ideal Image (sorry to call them out but it's the truth). I found my new place and I hope you'll give it a try if you want to enhance your beautiful features. The leg compressions, they bring you to a nice relaxing room and offer you some water and some blankets and warm neck wrap to help you relax. The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. They also offer a number of plans and pre-paid treatments at very reasonable prices! I say go give it a shot if you've ever thought of trying!

Been here a few times and unfortunately the last time I was here, I was let down. Along with that, the bright LED light was on the entire time of my facial making it difficult to relax since it was so bright. The specialist also kept leaving the room and coming back during which was distracting. Lastly, there used to be a nice steam and other facial features during your visit and I didn't have that this time. Just seemed expensive for the length of time and a cleanser+mask treatment. However, the staff is super nice and welcoming so that is a positive.
