When talking to the manager, she seemed to think the books were fine. She told us to just email some pictures and talk to our renter's insurance. It's not my renter's insurance problem that this storage unit is absolutely disgusting and does not store anything safely. I would hope that no one ever uses this facility, unless they want all of their personal belongings destroyed. I included many pictures, but they aren't even close to showing all of the damage.
