They showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They installed a clean above-ground 8-station sprinkler valve manifold system for me, replaced valves, repaired irrigation lines, installed a newer Rain Bird smart controller that can be managed from a phone, fixed plumbing issues, and adjusted the sprinkler system so everything worked much better. Everything was organized well and much easier to access for future maintenance. What I appreciated most was that Joseph went above and beyond what was originally included in the bid. They replaced an old hose pipe and spigot that weren't working anymore at no extra charge, and they also replaced a few additional sprinkler heads for me without charging extra. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to come by these days. The work came out clean and professional, and Joseph was easy to communicate with throughout the process. The irrigation system at my house when I bought it was a mess. Pipes under concrete, broken pipes, broken sprinklers, non-working sprinklers, not covering the whole yard, etc. I worked on it a bit myself at first and then I just went to manually watering with a hose sprinkler but as time wore on I got tired of that. I was looking for a good sprinkler company to help me and I stumbled across that new tech system called Irrigreen. I found out Sunrise was a certified installer so I called to talk to him about it. Joseph is very honest and straightforward with you. He advised me that Irrigreen probably wasn't in my best interest for what I needed and it's really expensive. He came out the next day and did a yard walk with me and we went over everything I needed. He got me a quote in 24 hours to replace all my valves, my timer, add better sprinklers and make sure the whole yard was covered. I agreed to the quote and they got to work the next day. It took them a full day but they got it done in 1 day and the new equipment is great. The originally timer he was going to get me wasn't available so he got me a slighter better one and didn't charge me for it. When we tested after the work we had 2 small issues, he came back first thing the next day and fixed them at no charge. Joseph and his team are knowledgeable, professional, honest and do great work. He showed up and replaced one valve and added cement to pipe to stop leak. We weren't around to watch his work or to lead him by the hand. Leak continued so we called him back. Explained to do whatever he needed to do to fix the problem - he became defensive and said that the valve he fixed wasn't leaking. We explained that we understood that, but hired him to stop the leak completely, not just a valve. He replaced a 2nd valve and said a 3rd could be replaced, but he didn't do it. Again we couldnt be around to watch him or check on his progress. My husband told him to return asap to replace 3rd valve (that he should have gone ahead and replaced) said he would. I gave Carson's a call and asked if they could come out and lay winter rye for me in the yard and aerate the yard. Communication was smooth, they called me right back and we setup a day and time. They were a bit late but they let me know that they were running behind so I appreciate the notice. When they showed up they did a great job in the yard they even leveled out the yard as well as they could before aerating and laying the new seed, they gave me clear instructions on how to handle the yard to get the best results from the rye. Very helpful and not hard to communicate with, highly recommend and I'll be using them again in the future for my landscaping needs.
