I am extremely disappointed, I have used their service before and they did a great job. called them again and the secretary took my info and said someone would be out on Mon at 8am. I rearranged my schedule so I could be there. waited and no one showed up so I called and she said I wasn't on the schedule and doesn't remember talking to me, I had spoke to her the Wednesday before, she was extremely rude, never said she was sorry. just didn't seem to care that she inconvenienced us. so will be moving on and giving someone else our business read more

I had a problem with what I thought might be a broken water line. Called a number of companies, but Michael Brown's was the first to respond. Sent out an employee the next day (I believe his name was Manny). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly determined that there was not a problem with my water line, but was in fact, my neighbors drip system causing the wet ground. I then had him look at another issue I had with a front yard sprinkler that we had needed to cap off last year. He fixed it that very day. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill of Manny from Michael Brown's. Very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone needed sprinkler service. read more

Very incompetent group of landscapers, I am a local physician who was parked in the hospital parking lot and witnessed these workers blow water/mud, leaves, and debris with a leaf blower all over my car as if on purpose. I confronted them about it and they proceeded to continue blowing air as if to try to remedy the situation and clean my car only making the mud stains worse. I immediately contacted the local hospital and filed a complaint. I would not recommend their company or services to my worst enemy. read more

I had some sprinkler valves go bad on me so instead of spending an entire weekend trying to pretend like I knew what I was doing I decided to call in a pro. I played phone tag with them for a few days before we could schedule a day for them to come out. I normally would've given up and called someone else but this place actually had a reliable review here on Yelp. Once the day was set they came on time and found the bad sprinkler valves pretty quickly. They had to dig one hole in the back yard looking for a valve box that ended up not being there but it wasn't a big deal. Their crew was large and it took them about 6 hours to finish the work. They repaired what was needed and actually added an additional valve box which was great. My total bill was almost $700. This was more than I was expecting but they also did have to change out 6 bad valves which is more than I thought was originally bad. They did good work and were professional. My only gripe is they forgot to fill in that hole they dug up in my back yard before leaving. Good thing I own a shovel. read more

Best Landscaping company in town... mostly commercial landscaping but has some great backyard ideas as well as sprinkler repair for home owners.. The employees are professional.. Most all speak both English and Spanish and have always been on time and courteous... My call for Sprinkler repair was answered within the week I called. I was happy to have the quick service done, pricing was reasonable and all of my time clocks were adjusted and ran to also ensure they were working appropriately for my lawn needs.. Had an issue with a broken automatic sprinkler system in my front yard. It had been broken for over a year and we had no clue. Called these guys up off Angie's List and less then 1 hour later they had the broken pipe fixed, new sprinkler heads installed and tuned my system. The price was very reasonable. Called and made an appointment for Friday during my lunch break. At the end of the call I had the lady confirm the appointment. Friday the 19th at noon she said. Come Friday I go home during my lunch and wait...and wait. I called there office at 1:00 but they are out to lunch until 1:30 so I get the answering service. I call back at 1:30 and speak with the same same lady I made the appointment with. She tells me that I am wrong, the appointment was for the following Monday. No, I said it was for Friday. She becomes rude and tells me I an wrong, which is impossible because I can't leave work for lunch on Mondays so I would have never made the appointment for a Monday. I tell her to remove my name from her schedule book. I can't speak for their workmanship, but I can tell you their office is a joke. read more

I had an issue with my sprinklers not coming on, so I called this place and was told they would come out for a free estimate. A man came out and looked at the sprinkler timer and pressed some buttons. The man was literally at my house for 10 minutes at the most and then told me I'd be getting a bill for $55 for the supposed "free" estimate! They didn't even fix the problem either. This company is a rip off and I will never recommend them to anyone and will never give them another penny. read more

I called the main office and had a visit within two days. I had two service men come out and look at my sprinkler system for the backyard. They replaced the system and repaired a few sprinklers. The men were kind, courteous and very helpful. They came back to check on it as I was unsure if they were draining correctly. They came on time and called before arriving to meet me there. I took a chance on the recommendation from Yelp with 4 stars. I was extremely pleased with the service. There was a slight error with scheduling but once they arrived the 2 man team was knowledgable and efficient. I had anticipated a much higher bill and more time, but they were able to complete the repair in less than an hour with excellent results and at a lower cost than I was expecting. I needed a valve box found and a valve replaced. They were a half hour late, they were unable to call me because their office somehow got my phone number wrong even though I clearly remember going over it with the lady twice. When they got here, they immediately started digging holes through my garden trying to find the box, even though I told them it's likely on the other side of the yard (which they never looked). I told them that the they were destroying the weed barrier fabric, and their supervisor Sal decided it was a good idea to yank on the wires leading out of the side of the house which cracked the stucco on the bottom. I told them that they were here to give me an estimate and instead they were tearing up my yard. I was done. They did make a trip to the hardware store to get some replacement fabric and put the rock cover back over. Then they offered to charge me $80 to follow the electrical wires (it's a tone tool with a little wand) which they didn't have with them. I looked it up just to confirm, and I can get that tool at harbor freight for $60 all day. I'm okay with paying a markup, but that's just nuts! Maybe they had some super version, but I'll just go buy the tool. At this point the work still needs to be done, and I'll be calling someone else. read more
