The pre-arranged bunch I selected for my mom, had purple+pink blooms, some mini eucalyptus tucked in and other stunning fillers to make the selection pop. Because my centerpiece was literally a grab-&-go item, these folks made sure to prepare it for the journey to my mom's house with proper hydration. I spoke to her around 3:14 and the order had not arrived. I called Valencia Flowers and spoke to the owner who said his name was Enrique. He stated that my zip code did not match the credit card. I confirmed that it did and that I see the authorization on my credit card. He said that he canceled the order and my money would be returned to the credit card. I regret entrusting this shady business to something so personal to me. They are a horrible business and should not be used. He cared nothing about the lack of commitment to the services purchased.
