The venue was beautiful when we showed up for the rehearsal, only a few other decorations needed to be added. The staff told us that we were no longer responsible, they would be handling any issues that popped up, we were just there to enjoy the wedding. The food was fantastic (The mac and cheese was my personal favorite), and the decorations of the desserts were phenomenal. Plenty of food for seconds. Cleaning up after the wedding was a snap, and we were out the door in no time. Pepperoni Rolls were first created in Marion County in the 1920's by Italian immigrant coal miner, Giuseppe "Joseph" Argiro when he decided it would be more convenient if the pepperoni were baked inside a soft, white, italian bread. During the baking process, the fats in the pepperoni infused the dough with spicy goodness. They became so popular with his fellow coal miners that he quit the mines and opened Country Club Bakery in 1927... We mail order the Rolls, and add mozzarella and marina for a grand feast.

We get rolls shipped to us from time to time - this last time we had some difficulty getting them and it took a few weeks to receive them.
