We wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but once the party after us got theirs, we noticed that the cashier came back to the register ready to take another order so I went up and told her that we were still waiting on ours scoops and she said "oh i forgot " Not sure how she could forget when we were first to order with no one ahead of us... It tasted so burnt. Like the most burnt coffee bean taste ever. I do not know what happened there, but it was a very big disappointment. Ordered 2 churros, they were good. Nothing crazy, just something that helped curve the horrible taste from the burnt coffee. You don't interact with the workers, so service I can not comment on. They have a restroom. When the taiyaki comes out piping hot with crispy exterior and chewy inside with red bean, it's sooo good. I like their custard filling too. Probably best taiyaki I've had anywhere in southern Cal. I had stopped coming here for a while and when we came back, we noticed that the menu expanded a bit, and now they have some fruit based bingsoo. Recommend trying once. We were not sure what drink/item we wanted so we got to sample both flavors of soft serve: Matcha & Hojicha The cashier was very nice and professional as she allowed us to taste test and I made up my mind pretty quickly afterwards. I ordered the Hojicha Soft Serve Float and it was absolutely amazing. The strong smoky flavor of the Hojicha was very pronounced from the soft serve as well as the drink at the bottom. I would definitely be back next time I'm in the South Bay Area. It was THAT good!

It had some sweetened chestnuts inside which was really nice. It came out hot and went well with the ice cream. They also have cookies, donuts, and a variety of ice creams as well. They also have drinks like their chestnut milk too. For soft serve they have their fuji soft serves which comes with toppings. I want to come back to try their other items. The people behind the counter wasn't the friendliest and out items took awhile. The inside is small and casual and not really anywhere to sit. But they do have seating outside. There is plenty of parking since it is on a strip mall.
