I typically order Pad Thai, flat rice noodles with tofu, scrambled eggs, bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts. However, as a fan of all things pineapple, I went with the pineapple-curry seafood instead. It was fantastic, full of veggies (red and green bell peppers and onion) and seafood (shrimp, squid, and imitation crab) in a sweet-tasting, creamy sauce.
