I felt like I was in a jewelry store, doors were so perfect, solid & simply elegant. Thought I knew what we wanted & quickly changed mind after seeing display. Quality, obvious, the doors are not cheap, but adequately priced. These guys send someone out to survey where you want the door, double measure to ensure right size. About 3 weeks later, door is delivered & installed. Our home required a new threshold. We are very happy with our choice & love the door!

BLUF: they quoted me to remove my existing entrance door and install a new one. sent me a quote for…read morematerials and labor which i accepted (i have all records of communication). After i paid for the materials, it was a struggle to get them to show up and they never finished the job. timeline: paid on December 1st and was told installation would be done by December 19. They said they would prep the door (paint, etc.) and have it ready for the 19th. The week of the installation i never received an update. when i called i was told that they could not be here because of weather. Next, they said they would come on January 2 to do the job. They showed up only to tear up my entrance and leave it unfinished (See pictures). They took multiple measurements of everything they could find but not made any real progress. They left and took the door and materials (that i already paid for) to paint them (didnt do it the first time) and said they would come back the following Friday (1/9/26) to finish the job. when next friday came, they never showed up, i received no communication from them. After calling multiple times for several days with no response, i was able to connect with them by calling from a different number (they thought was a new job). I was finally able to get Rene to at least return my door and materials that i paid for (which they overcharged me for). They finally showed up a few days later to deliver my materials, but the job was never finished as originally contracted. This is not the first time this happens. The crew that came out was professional, respectful, and worked extremely hard--they got the job done in just 24 hours, even though the estimate was for five days. That said, the communication side of things felt overwhelming to me. Before I even signed a contract, I was getting constant phone calls and texts pushing for a deposit. I understand they wanted to secure the job, but it felt a bit intense, especially for someone going through this for the first time. After the job was done, I didn't get a follow-up check to confirm if the house was properly leveled. My son saw them move the house, but we were never told how much it was lifted or if everything is now where it should be. I was just advised not to repair any cracks or paint for 6-8 weeks--but I don't know if someone is supposed to come back at that point to check the leveling again? I paid half down and the rest was requested immediately after the job finished--again, through a flood of messages and calls. It was just a lot all at once, and in hindsight, I wish I had waited until I could give the process my full attention. Overall, the crew was great, the work was done quickly, and the price was fair. I just wish the communication had been more balanced and that there had been more clarity post-job. I'd still recommend Hercules for their honesty and hardworking team--just be ready for a fast-paced and sometimes intense process.
