I brought 2 GPUs in to get fixed -- 1 just had a loose fan, and the other had a firmware issue. Took over 2 weeks for them to get the GPU fan fixed (if it was fixed before then, they failed to contact me to let me know). What a way to leave a bad taste in my mouth--lost my trust immediately at this point. We're already a month past when I first brought them in, and I'm STILL waiting on my other GPU! Frankly, I think I'll be going in tomorrow to get it back. I've sent multiple messages through Yelp when I've been busy at work, and they just leave me on "read" with no reply.
