I soon learned that most companies that sell computers such as the "HP Office Jet Pro 8025e printer" that I purchased at 'Best Buy' do NOT service the printers that you purchase from them. I, then, did a computer search of the best technical support in Fort Worth, Texas to repair jammed printers and I found "Tech Support Computer Repair" and brought my printer there the same day I called Robert and turned it over to the owner, Robert, Remarkably, in a couple of hours Robert found and removed the small, jammed pieces of computer printing paper. He is a man of honor, integrity and knowledge and his fee for the service that he provided was exceptionally reasonable. I was looking for an alternative to taking my computer or anything to the geek squad and found one…read more Geek squad don't do squat when it comes to repairing your computer and will send it to Kentucky to be fixed. Those days are over. My laptop had a screw missing so the frame was coming off. I tried to baby it for a few months but the screws started to come out on the other side, so I decided to just surrender it to the tech folks here. They have to run a program on your computer even if you don't want them too to see if it has any problems other than the problem you brought it in for. I get it. Saves you a trip in OR saying it's their fault if you have another problem. $40 or something for that. 40 for labor for screws. They worked on my laptop right away and I had it back same day. The biggest plus is that I didn't have to go to geek squad for them just to ship my baby to Timbuktu. Definitely recommend these guys. They do more than just computer repairs
