Such was I lacked the appropriate tools to see the small pieces of printing paper jamming the print head movement and lacking the tools to remove the small pieces of shredded paper if I knew where it was located. I soon learned that most companies that sell computers such as the "HP Office Jet Pro 8025e printer" that I purchased at 'Best Buy' do NOT service the printers that you purchase from them. I, then, did a computer search of the best technical support in Fort Worth, Texas to repair jammed printers and I found "Tech Support Computer Repair" and brought my printer there the same day I called Robert and turned it over to the owner, Robert, Remarkably, in a couple of hours Robert found and removed the small, jammed pieces of computer printing paper. He is a man of honor, integrity and knowledge and his fee for the service that he provided was exceptionally reasonable. I highly recommend anyone in need of computer printer repair to go to "Tech Support Computer Support" and Robert will service your printer in an extremely reasonable time frame (generally with a few hours). I would never consider going to another computer printer repair after working with Robert ar "Tech Support Computer Repair". I highly recommend ALL aspects of Robert's printer repair service to anyone in need of getting a computer printer repaired effectively, in a timely manner and at a very low cost.

Those days are over. My laptop had a screw missing so the frame was coming off. I tried to baby it for a few months but the screws started to come out on the other side, so I decided to just surrender it to the tech folks here. They have to run a program on your computer even if you don't want them too to see if it has any problems other than the problem you brought it in for. I get it. Saves you a trip in OR saying it's their fault if you have another problem. $40 or something for that. 40 for labor for screws. They worked on my laptop right away and I had it back same day. The biggest plus is that I didn't have to go to geek squad for them just to ship my baby to Timbuktu. Definitely recommend these guys. They do more than just computer repairs

The store is clean, bright, and impressively organized, which already puts it a step above many thrift stores. Racks are easy to navigate, categories actually make sense, and nothing feels chaotic or overwhelming. It's one of those locations where you can spend time digging and consistently find solid pieces. Staff members are friendly, approachable, and present, which is not always a given at thrift stores. The only real downside, and this is more of a Goodwill wide issue than a location specific one, is pricing.
