The BF and I have been trying to get his mom back on e-cigs and off cigarettes (again and for good, hopefully) . It became more pressing for us since her cough has been lingering ever since she got sick and I believe it's from smoking a menthol pack a day not allowing her throat to heal and expectorate all that gunk. There wasn't enough information on vapor shops on here quite yet so we decided to check it out on a whim she was with us. It's a small shop with a Vegas mural on the wall, and some couch seating and some stools by the counter. There is only one person running it, and there is a constant flow of people coming in the whole time we were there. It makes for it to not be the fastest service, but definitely friendly, and thorough despite the line. She never tried to cut corners to get us out, she wanted to make sure those getting units would have all they need to know. She explained the unit, how to use, tips on how to get the best out of our unit like keeping it topped off so it doesn't get burned down, how to clean it, etc. and demoed every single step. She took breaks in between to transact those who were buying something quick, which we didn't fault her for since she was alone. Since part of why my MIL stopped her e-cigs was we got her on in as soon as the technology came about. It wasn't very available, no local shops, the cigs were crappy and died, everything had to be done online.... Then the one drip she loved online stopped selling so she just got plain discouraged. The BF and I gifted her with their clearomizer cig kit. It's $80, it comes with two full units basically - 2 eco batteries, 2 disposable clearomizer tips, charger, zip up case, 1 (10ml I think) bottle of drip (which is otherwise $10 I believe). You get to pick your choice of batteries (colors and patterns) and clearomizer colors (green, yellow, purple, etc). If you don't want two units, you can build one a la carte. For those not in the know, the clearomizer is the type you put a drip into the clear tank and screw in the tip. You can always see how much you have compared to cartridges. They have a warranty that replaces the battery parts so long as you buy something every 60 days for them. It's their way to ensure customer loyalty I suppose. The clearomizer tip only last a few weeks so you have to buy replacements regularly ($3.95) anyways so those count.. The nice thing is that it has a way to lock if for the button to not accidentally press (press 5 times) while in your pocket, purse, etc. She had my MIL try different tobacco bases and mixed it with methol to get her blend. They can mix you anything, and have a tasting bar for you to use before buying. Once they mix you a bottle though, that's non- refundable. I don't know why my MIL said extra, extra, extra menthol so it wasn't even pleasant at all for her unfortunately. It was her fault, but it was too much. She's really picky with menthol drip flavors and this one had that aftertaste that turned her off from many we've bought after taking a bit of hits. We have a drawer full of rejects already so I guess we will keep looking. She does however love the unit itself. She says the way it draws feels more heavier and more like smoking than old units she's had. Definitely glad we stopped by for that but our perfect menthol search continues. I think this store in terms of what they have and the vibe and the fact it's a one person operation when they clearly need more people it's a A-OK 3 star kind of place, but the fact they were able to explain everything well and did not rush us and got the MIL to go for it, I'll bump them up. read more

Good customer service but strange atmosphere. Great for the convenience. I just broke my vape and was near by meeting a friend at Starbucks in the same shopping center so everything worked out! I didn't buy any juice so I don't know the prices in those. We bought a couple Smok coils for my hubbies baby beast $10 for 2. I came here to buy a nice mod. My vape is nice and it prevents me from smoking cigarettes. However, I'm disappointed in the way I was treated. I had my ejuice for a week and it messed up my throat and it was sore for 3 days. I went back to the store and let the owner know what's been going on with the juice and how my mod leaks fluid from the air flows. She said that it's normal for it to do that (we all know it's not normal) then she told me to get a new coil when I only had the mod for 1 week and barely smoke out of it. Well, I guess I have to deal with the leaking and carry a napkin with me 24/7! Fine. So, back to the juice. She told she couldn't exchange out the juice or give me any credit for it because it's opened. The bottle was full! I asked her what do I do with it, she said throw it away. Out of curiosity I called a different location and asked about their return policy and they said they can exchange it for a liquid that isn't so harsh. I will go to the Tropicana location. read more

WOW! The staff is so nice and knowledgable. A month ago I picked up TOAST CBD and it was amazing! TOAST CBD helped so much. I'm happy they added CBD products because now I can save a trip to another store. My Smok Alien mod is still working flawlessly after over a year and batteries are still perfect. I really like this place. As far as your vaping needs, this place is a little limited. Actually, there isn't a brick and mortar store in vegas that caters to advanced vapors, but I have noticed an emergence of stores lately. Also, some of the workers at the store have told me they will be getting a lot more inventory in. Looking forward to it. If you are looking to quit smoking, this is the place to go to. They always seem to have a steady flow of people, but when being helped, you never feel rushed. They take the time to explain to you how things work and figure out your wants and needs. personally, I don't think any vapor shops in Vegas is worth going to. My first impression of Sin City Vapor? Grungy... looks dark and dirty. The owners got his dogs running around in the place and if you're handling e-juice, you really don't want that kinda stuff going on in your store. But more than that, I recently found out that they cut their juice with Vitamin C... I don't even know if their nic is organic. Meh, whatever... the point is, there's so many better places, both online and brick and mortar... The juice starts out all right at first, and then starts turning rancid. I think their PE bottles are so cheap that it is causing whatever mixture in their juice to volatilize. Which actually freaks me out. Since I'm sure they use both alcohol and vita-c to cut their juice. Don't get me wrong. I used to love their juices... but I've had so much better since my days at Sin City Vapor. If they stop cutting their juice with Vita-C and clean up their store, I may go back again. But as for now, I order all my juices from New York area. Oh btw, their cartomizers and coils are total crap! GARBAGE! Half the time its DOA. I had wrote about them not charging taxes on cash sales here on this post but Genie C, (I don't know if she works for them), just noted my review that BEGIN QUOTE It's called a cash discount - you get to pay the base price if you pay in cash. Juice here is hit or miss, and the prices are a touch high. Seems like it has slowly been going down hill recently. About half the time it's awesome, the other half no so much. I learned what days the good guys and gals worked and only go on those days. Well until now. Went in 15 minutes before it closed today and was told they closed the till for the night. Really? Due to new regulations they basically pushed me out the door. I was so discouraged and upset when I left there. I decided to go to Sin City Vapor where I've always received great treatment as any customer should. With the exact same new regulations, they still assisted me the best they could, while still following the new regulations that heavily restricts them from touching the product or giving direction. I would like to ask if anyone on here had any bad encounter with Sin City Vapor the Rainbow location? I placed a online order for my neighbor, as I don't smoke or Vap for the pass 6 mos. Anyway, my online order was placed late Sunday night to arrive within 24 hours. The order was delivered by our USPS yesterday around 4:12pm. The order was a total of $77.75 for 6/30ml bottles. My neighbor & I pushed on the 70ml bottles. We didn't order these small bottles. So, to make a long story short, I contacted Shannon at this location and as my neighbor was explaining to her about the wrong size bottles for this price she quickly disconnected me and my neighbor. I've been to other vaping shops in town & Sin City is way better than the competition. Plus now that there are 3 locations, it's more convenient than having to drive clear across the valley just to get juice. I've been a customer of Sin City for about 1 yr, at their original shop. I stopped at this location on the way home from an appointment to get some juice & was treated like an old friend by employees that were new to me. Their products are good, their e-juice is great (especially the Root Beer & Hannah's Kiss, a Choc/ peppermint) & the people are great as well. They make their own juice, rather than repackaging somebody else's with their own name on it, which means it fresh juice, not sitting a a warehouse for who knows how long. Their prices are very competitive, especially the but 2, get 1 half price deal. And there's no problem with special requests like adding more of 1 flavor in a mix, etc. as the owner won't hire anybody who's not friendly, helpful & knows vaping. The complaints on some of these reviews about customer service seem based on time. It takes a while to get a brand new vaper up to speed on equipment, juice, etc. I know from personal experience that if you just want to run in & grab a couple bottles of juice & the clerk is with a newbie, just ask for a bottle or 2 because you're in a hurry. They'll excuse themselves, get the juice & get you on your way ASAP. Or you can hang out in the lounging area & chill with other vapers. Who knows, you could make a new friend! I can't think of any point that I'd give them less than 5 stars for. The best judge of anything is ourselves so I'd say its worth it to give them a try & decide for yourself. read more

i had been thinking about switching to e-cigs and was ready to make the switch so stopped in here because it was close to my work. there were prob about 4 customers in there when i arrived after waiting about 10 mins just for the guy behind the counter to acknowledge my existence he sat me down and threw the standard entry level kit on the count and starting unboxing it. i started asking a few basic questions which must of irritated him because he left to help other people. funny how he was able to squeeze them in but couldn't be bothered with me. waited another 15 mins and said screw it and left. fast forward 4 weeks wanted to buy some cartomizers and the new store i found which is great ( see other review) didn't have them. well though i would give this place another chance maybe they just had a bad day. walk in but same thing, get ignored for 10 mins this time same dude is trying to tell some horrible joke about jam and jelly and jamming a fist up some other customers b hole. what a waste this place is, everyone says the girl that works there is great too bad she is always busy and this clown is allowed to talk to customers. This place has gotten some bad reviews, but I didn't experience that. It was a nice shop. The guy set me up for sampling, which was awesome, you can sit and sample as much or as little as you want. It's do it yourself, so your not bothering them to try what you want, best sample bar ever!! I am new to vaping so I want to try them all without being a burden to the clerk. I've been going to Sin City Vapor stores since way back when they first opened up their first store on Tropicana. Im always satisfied with the customer service they provide and products they sell. They are a really popular store in town so sometimes depending on the time it can get a bit crowded and you might have to wait a few minutes but they really try hard to get through everyone efficiently. My co workers all come here and we like to always spread the word to other people on their stores. They have I think 5 or 6 in town so that tells you something right there. I think they are the only vape shop that has more than one location which is awesome depending on if you're doing errands on a different side of town from where you live you can find one pretty close. Definitely recommend coming here if you haven't already they have a testing bar to try out a ton of great flavors and any questions you have these guys will help you out! read more
