Placed an order online, after 3 hours went to pick it up. I was asked if they texted me yet, I wasn't. They said it wasn't ready, I was told 40 minutes, I waited for an hour and ten minutes to go back, still no text. They told me it won't be ready until the next day. They just found out the ran out of the base mix. I asked them to use another base, that way I only need to wait another 20 minutes. This whole time people go in and place orders and there product is made right away. The online order that they know I was waiting for outside in my car for keeps being pushed back. Other time you need to hope someone will answer the bell on the locked door, multiple times I have gone there during business hours the is nobody there, there is sign for you ring the bell only once. Good luck with them answering the bell. Or when they post a sign on the door that they are at lunch and will be back by a said time, 45 minutes later they are not back, or just not answering the bell because they can't be bothered with us pesky customers. read more

Walked up and down, waited a bit more, then went back to my car and called the shop. Someone answered and said they'll be out so I went back in. The girl with the red hair could not have been more rude. She was acting like I was a burden for even walking in. Just waited 10 minutes at the door. Rang the bell several times. I can see the woman in the window willfully ignoring us, not on a call, not helping other customers, actually doing nothing. Then slowly walks her way to the door, really slowly, the hall is probably 20 feet long. She unlocks the door, then turns around, doesn't open it, doesn't say anything. I walk in and ask if they are open and she replied, "obviously we are open, I just unlocked it didn't I?" I asked if there was a problem and she said, "just order." I walked out right after, I literally never write reviews but I'm seriously forced to by the whole encounter. This was by far the worst place I've ever been to in my life, and the worst I've ever been treated by a store. Seemed almost boarder line racist her reaction (I'm Asian). This is my go to vape shop. Granted I don't purchase mods or tanks in store but I do get all my juices there. They offer military discount there as well for active, veteran, retired military personnel. I've never really experianced anything bad while shopping here. I have had my fair share of some bad tasting juice but they do offer to replace it free of charge with any juice of your choice. I will continue shopping here. They also have glass and cbd. My first time calling this place. Very rude woman answers. Bree or Brie, i am not sure how to spell her name. She is rude from the get go. When she answers the phone she reacts like this.. why are you calling? Uh because your a business andi need to buy something from your store. This is interesting to me for a couple reasons, 1. There are many choices to buy ejuice in person and online. I need a good customer experience to choose Red Rock Vape. 2. There is no business big or small that does not need more consumers!! Lastly i will say that this woman comes off as a bitch. I have never met her, she might be very kind, but not on the telephone or at least not to me. 1st time visiting this vapor store, went to pick up CBD products. When I first walked into the store, no one was present. We did not see any workers for at least 10 min while in the store. When the worker finally came out, she had a bad attitude and seemed very annoyed. She did not seem interested in helping us or answering any of our questions about products and prices. It seemed like she either had no knowledge or just didn't care... Once we made our purchase, we checked the products in the car and one of the cbd carts were leaking. We immediately went back to the store but the door was locked. We rang the doorbell 3 times with no answer. We went to the other door to see if there were any workers and when I opened the door, the same worker seemed upset and told me to use the other door. At that point, we told her that we've been waiting at the other door trying to ring the doorbell and she finally let us in. We asked to exchange the cart because it was leaking, and she replied "What do you mean" lol as if what we just said didn't make sense. When we showed her the leak.. she didn't say sorry or anything. She practically rolled her eyes and just walked to get another new cart for us..l Overall the experience was very poor and the whole time I felt like the worker was just annoyed and not interested in helping us. I felt like I should of spent my money at an average strip mall smoke shop. Most likely wont return anytime soon. read more

I was interested in buying the Geek Vape Aegis X (Zeus Edition). The price at Red Rock Vapor is $138.00 before taxes. I did a little research and after looking online and calling a few different stores I found another Vape shop in town that sold it to me for $92.00. The place is very well organized, my server Emma was helpful and knowledgeable about what the store offered (even had advice on a better blend to try in this hot summer weather). So I have been coming to Red Rock Vapor for years now, however I have decided to make my own juice during the whole pandemic, as a means to quarantine. My wife's favorite mod is busted tho, so I wanted to stop by and buy a new starter kit & stock up on some of our favorite juices that they sell. Again, I haven't been in for almost a year because of quarantine , so I thought I should probably call first, just to make sure they're open & accepting walk ins, being that many buisnesses have closed during the quarantine and I know that some vape stores only allow curbside pick ups.. So I call and a girl answers in a very quiet mono-tone whisper voice.."Red Rock Vapor", but she was so quiet, I didn't really hear her clearly.. but I assumed that's what she said, so I asked her if they are open for buisnesses.. and I got like a 5-10 second pause of uncomfortable silence.. (I did hear her huff) I then ask "this is Red Rock Vapor right? & she finally says, (in a very annoyed voice) "yes, we are open...9:30 to 6:30, 7 days a week.." so I said, "ok thanks, I just wanted to call to make sure, because it's been a while since I've been in.." again *awkward silence*.. so I just said alright then, good to know, thanks..(still no ressponce) So I just ended the call, and my partner who is in the car listening to the whole call on speaker says "no need to be such a bitch about it". I agreed and we continued to do our errands, (Red Rock Vapor was still on the agenda at this point) and then all of the sudden, she calls us back! I didn't even know who it was at first, but she says something like "if you don't like how I talk, you don't need to be coming into our store..(apparently she heard my partner as I was ending the call, lol) I said excuse me?? In shock that this girl was calling us back, to basically tell us not to come in to the store and spend our money.. So I told her I don't appreciate your attitude and this crazy phone call... I asked what her name is, she refused, I asked her for a manager & she said she was the manager, and she wanted to know my name, because I wasn't going to be allowed in the store... I basically laughed at her at this point. And just hung up. This is upsetting to me, because before Covid came, Redrock Vapor was my FAVORITE vape shop to go to, ALL of the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I don't know if she is a good representation of their staff today, (especially if she has a management position as she said she does) or if she was having a really bad day.. but she ultimately did persuade us to take the visit to Redrock Vapor off of our itinerary for the day.. & probably indefinitely. It's really a shame tho, because I did enjoy their set up & hand crafted juices.. for now tho, I'll just continue to make my own & get my hardware from their competitors. read more

We love the vape juice! we switched to here from Sin City and we love love love. However, we will call in an order to pick up and we're told it will take an hour (no big deal cause we live kinda far) but when we get to the store there's a sign saying closed for lunch (Also not a big deal I get people need to eat) but when we finally get in the store the order still isant ready an hour and half later.. so we still end up waiting. I've gone to the store and it says closes till 4pm for inventory... who dose inventory during working hours? and some times the girl who answers the phone is rude. just wish they had a bit better customer service. still love the juice though. read more

This place was absolutely amazing! Apparently, it is been around for quite some time. However, I recently discovered it today on my drive home. As I walked in and my jaw dropped. The vibe was extremely chill. A truly immaculate environment! There are couches, stools, and a bar you can sit up and just Vape till your heart is content. First off, the selection of mods and accessories was extensive and customer oriented. At the vale bar you could select from over 100 blends of flavors and some signature ones that the staff had cooked up. I tried the catalog of staff created liquids (FDA approved) and I must say I was truly impressed. Roxanne was awesome! She was truly knowledgeable about each mod, kit, liquid etc. Joe,the owner, was super nice, and James worked tirelessly i'm sure every customers' needs were met.
