I purchased a set of cabinets from them for $7,000+ total (approximately $5,500 for the cabinets and $1,500 for assembly). I was told the cabinets would come assembled, but when I picked them up, they were only partially assembled. The cabinet doors were not installed, which felt unnecessary and like a lack of effort especially considering the assembly cost was over $1,500. After installation, I also discovered that one cabinet door was missing. Instead of resolving the issue, they (guy in the picture) required me to pay an additional $100+ for the missing door. Overall, this was disappointing given the total amount spent and the expectations that were set upfront. read more

We purchased 16 Liberty Cabinets in Gloss White Slab Fronts. Lester worked with us to design the exact kitchen we were looking for. He patiently answered our questions and offered many suggestions to create a workable plan. Over a few days we completed the design and ordered the cabinets. It took about 8-9 weeks for Diamond to make the cabinets and ship to the delivery company. The delivery service was excellent, showed up on time, was very careful with all the cabinets and placed them all into our empty garage. Diamond packages the cabinets really well and everything was in pristine condition with no issues. We installed the cabinets without any issues. A few things to remember to make sure your order gos through without issues: 1. Make sure you understand every piece that's on your order, where it goes and what's it for. Such as fill pieces, end pieces, toe kick, trim pieces, etc. 2. Frameless vs framed require different fill. 3. Make sure your measurements are correct. 4. Cabinets will need to be shimmed and level in order to fit together properly. 5. Take ownership of what you're ordering, don't assume the cabinet company or the designer can read minds. Lester Gomez, the designer and salesman, is an excellent resource and I highly recommend him and Sincere Home Decor for you kitchen cabinets. 5 Stars out of 5! read more

After shopping Home Depot, great designer but high prices on mainstream cabinets; and Granite Expo with a sleepy designer and okay-ish prices on cheap cabinets; we were so happy to find Sincere Kitchens. At the warehouse store we bought cabinets for the ADU that were nicer and cheaper than Granite Expo. And at the showroom we bought higher quality KraftMaid cabinets for about 25% less than Home Depot's price. I recently stopped by the Sincere Pro Warehouse at 115 Market St, Oakland, CA 94607 and worked with Sarah Liang to generate a 3D model and pricing for my draft kitchen design. Working with Sarah was great! She was courteous and professional, and quickly generated a 3D model and some nice renderings and pricing for me to forward to my clients. I asked for a few quick edits to the renderings and she was able to provide those quickly as well. The pricing provided was also very competitive, costing less than a local competitor for the same overall cabinet order. I wanted to get an additional pricing for Kraftmaid cabinets, and Sarah referred me to David Lin at their Downtown Oakland showroom at 276 11th St. City: Oakland, CA, 94607. I stopped by to double check some of the color samples, and then David sent me the alternate pricing in Kraftmaid the next day, which was also highly competitive in pricing. This company has been a disaster to work with since the beginning. They initially sent over damaged kitchen cabinets and refused to take any responsibility for the damage. We had to then order new cabinets for our clients at our companies expense, and Sincere Home Decor again sent the incorrect cabinets and have failed to take responsibility yet again. I've been to both of Sincere's Oakland stores. The warehouse is huge, but the showrooms are modest in size. However, the showrooms are filled with several options and carry everything you need for all rooms in a house. It's especially nice to have such a great resource in Oakland, as opposed to having drive to San Francisco, Pleasanton, or Fremont for home supplies. Karen is the best and the entire staff is easy to work with! The small showroom makes it easy to find an employee to assist you. We were in and out in record time for a home supply store. I had a rental house where the kitchen basically was gutted and redone. My son and I gave a budget for cabinets based on estimates from IKEA. Of course, the reality was that the cabinets from IKEA are made of particle board and would not hold up well. I'd had Sincere Home Decor's cabinets before and knew their cabinet bases were plywood and not particle board. Neo greeted and helped me come up with the appropriate sized cabinets, drew it up on the screen. Then she asked me what style did I want. After I told her it was for a rental, she knew exactly what would work. Her design and suggestions saved me over $1,000 from what it would have cost for a personal design. I feel that the cabinets are sturdy and well-built to withstand the brunt of renters. They were delivered right to my house door on two pallets covered in plastic. On inspection, there were no problems. After my contractors installed the cabinets, I called Sincere to schedule the granite counter top installation. The countertop installers were a father-son team who were very professional, neat and precise. They were the most pleasant installers I've worked with!!! We visited many different vendors early on and Gabbie's advice was the most sincere, and ended up being all the correct ones for us. Their price is very good and their customer service is excellent. From design configurations, to sample/color selections, to ordering and scheduling, to dealing with unexpected supply chain issues, they were responsive and really helped us every step along the way. Gabbie even gave us great referrals and recommendations on other related products such as kitchen hood and ideas on appliances. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Not overpriced for kitchen remodels and excellent customer service. I worked with Kevin, a sales representative, over three dates to design custom cabinetry based on the measurements my contractor gave me. Over these three appointments, he made suggestions based on my kitchen dimensions ("no, that wouldn't really work there" and "have you thought about drawers here?"). On the day I was ready to purchase, I made the choice to bring my helicopter parents so they felt involved. Dad totally changed up the cabinet colors and designs on me, and Kevin handled it like a pro. (Dad had good suggestions, and I agreed for the record.) Everything arrived within six weeks; they had given me an estimate of 6-8 weeks. You sign a scary long contract that says you need to inspect everything within three days and report problems. That said, my contractor couldn't make that assessment for 10 days, when he had the availability to begin work. I went to Sincere, and Yan helped me get replacements for a couple of cabinet doors and facing for free. Kevin, who was out of the office that week, emailed to make sure everything went well and to see if I needed anything else. I really enjoyed the experience of working with them. The place is a little drafty, but they had more of a selection than Granite Expo and the service is a little kinder. NOTES: 1. I did not try returning anything, and they have an explicit no returns policy FYI. 2. They have are in a sketchy warehouse district of Oakland. We are doing a kitchen remodel. This Sincere location was recommended by our contractor. Sincere has several product lines. Our contractor recommended I book an appointment with Kevin. We quickly migrated to the Diamond Liberty cabinet line. It is a quality product that has a shorter lead time then some lines. IMHO, the Diamond Liberty product exceeds Diamond Freedom quality that exists at box stores. Kevin is a pleasure to work with has been available to answer questions about our specific design often without having to open the design layout. I agree with the Oakland billboard that states Sincere is a quality no-pressure organization. Kevin works well many Sincere staff and vendors to make certain we are happy. Terrible store policies! Please read. I purchased two 9 ft countertops for a kitchen at the Oakland Market street warehouse. The salesperson offered installation which I thought could be convenient even though pricing was a little higher than I expected. I paid for everything upfront including the labor and materials. Nothing was picked up and the installers would deliver the day of installation which was in 3 weeks. After sleeping on my purchase for 7 days I changed my mind. I found a second option that could save me some money. I went back to the store for a return. Technically not returning anything as I never left with any materials with me. I found out there's a 25% fee/penalty for the labor that never was done! Just canceling on their calendar would cost me 25% of the original cost of labor. I would understand if it was a restocking fee but it was a 25% penalty for the labor that was scheduled 2 weeks later. I understand if it was within 48 hours but 25% is outrageous. This is an unfair and deceptive business practice in my opinion. I beg the manager and asked for an exception or reduction to maybe 10%. No consideration was given and just a cold exchange of minimal words with a lack of understanding and empathy. Sincere Home decor isn't so sincere. read more

For $25,000, this has been our headache with you guys. 1-We were charged full price for your error! 2- the first set of cabinets was shipped damaged (there were no damages on the shipping boxes) 3- you ship damaged items & refuse to cover the cost of labor to reinstall. Why is it the customers's responsibility to pay for labor when it is no fault of mine but of your poor quality cabinets. 4.- we've been dealing with this since October 2021. 5- the oven cabinet started cracking after 1 use and all you guys want to do is repaint the cabinet! Well mannered during initial sales, but customer services deteriorates with follow ups. If anything wrong goes wrong, you're pretty much on the hook. Not helpful at all. Missing parts? They'll advise you for lazy workaround methods for installation or ask you to buy more spare parts later. Expect 0 helpful customer service after you've paid since they've got a strict no return policy on most stuff you buy there. You're on your own. Hard for layperson to know what you're getting, so I'd suggest only buy from them if you are an installer/contractor that knows what they're getting. read more

Perhaps Sincere Home Decor isn't that sincere. My dad has been a customer for at least 20 years for renovations across the Bay Area. We ordered two sets of kitchen cabinets and two granite countertops. We went to pick up the cabinets and the granite countertops a few months ago. After one trip with a set of kitchen cabinets, the employees loaded the countertops onto the truck. After loading the countertops, we decided to have our contractor for the countertops pick them up at a later date. We then had their employees load up the second set of cabinets and delivered to the site. I do not remember who we talked to inside but we told him we would only pick up the cabinets today and have someone else pick up the countertops at a later date. It has never been a problem before. My contractor tried picking up the countertops today. The employees took pictures of the countertops loaded onto the truck but not after. Their inventory even showed "two missing countertops." So we didn't get a refund or the product. I realize that I should have been more diligent a few months ago. I'm just disappointed. I'd advised being extra careful doing business here. read more

Disappointing. I bought bathroom vanities earlier this year and that worked out fine. When I ordered more cabinets from them I had a disappointing experience. They didn't tell me until my contractor showed up to pick up that they didn't have all the pieces of my order. Instead of a cabinet with a drawer, they told me they had assembled - without asking me - one with a door that covers the entire face. Since I had no choice at this point I sent my contractor out again to pick it up. When I opened the packaging, I discovered that the cabinet was ready to take a drawer, but they had provided me with a door that covers the entire face. I was told I could remove the drawer panel. Still not sure why they added the drawer panel. I've paid my contractor for two trips to pick up, and now I have to pay him to remove a panel, something Sincere should have done. Sincere offered a credit so small that it wouldn't be worth my time to call in my credit card number, much less cover the extra work I have to pay my contractor to do. read more

My family used this so called "establishment" to help renovate our home. After spending thousands with them, we ended up not using one standing shower base. We had tried to return it, although they mentioned they couldn't take it back because it was opened? The box was opened, slightly cut open but never taken out of the box. Their representative stated "we can't take it back because we can't resell it" -- you're kidding me right?! It's unused, just slightly opened, but no signs of any wear and tear or anything. We simply decided that we didn't have a need for it. Nowhere is it stated anywhere in their policy that items that are UNUSED cannot be returned. From what I know, if it's not printed anywhere for the consumer, isn't that against the law to not take back a return simply because "they don't feel like it"? Also, these things aren't easy to lug around. The inconvenience of transporting materials around the bay clearly requires man power and time. As any establishment, this is absolutely unprofessional by any means. If by any means, I'd skip this place w crappy customer service and move onto the next one. Trusting any establishment for renovations is huge, and this one will surely lose your trust. We still are stuck with a shower base we don't even need because they didn't feel like returning it - cheap and unprofessional. read more
