I always feel so relaxed with each of them and when I arrive I feel like a queen! I have dead straight eyelashes that grow out straight down, making them difficult to work with, which I blamed on my Asian background. Her confidence in her work reassured me, but of course, what really sold me was the end result. Yes, she really does know what she's doing. I got exactly the fullness and curl that I wanted. The lashes are of great quality and are not shiny or fake-looking. They feel soft, fluffy, and light. She takes her time and she uses a great technique. I've come back since and have gotten different styles, lengths, and even tried bottom lashes; each time, they looked amazing. My go-to is the mink mega volume lash.
