When I got to the gas pump, the price was actually ten (10) cents higher @ $4.139. I just went ahead and put gas in my car . . . then I took pictures. In the pictures, I took a photo of the advertised prices and the prices at the pump. All three types (Regular Gas, Plus Gas & Supreme Gas) were each priced higher at the pump compared to the advertised prices. (This Chevron Gas Station is at the corner of Ventura Blvd and Shoup.) Moreover this is the second Chevron gas station that charged more at the pump compared to the advertised prices. By then, a long line has already formed, which defeats the whole point of coming early. This seems to be a recurring issue, not a one-off situation. A business like Costco should be able to operate on schedule, especially during peak times like weekend mornings. I did recognized the female staff from prior visits. She is usually not very friendly Even though this location is convenient I'm thinking of going somewhere else. My receipt did not print... not the first time. I walked over to the cashier. I gave her a moment to finish but she kept going. I was sure she saw me, she was just standing there but when I got to the window she was busy with her back to me organizing the cigarettes. I kept thinking, any moment she is going to turn around. I really did not want to engage with her, just wanted my receipt so I could go home. I was uncomfortable; it was an unreasonable long time to be standing there waiting. I thought she was finish but then she started working on another section of cigarettes. At that point I just accepted that she was not going to acknowledge me. I spoke up, Me: Excuse me, could you help me. She turned around with an attitude, Staff: You have not been waiting long I explained that I had been waiting for quite a wile. Staff: No you haven't, I saw you walking over. Me: If you saw me waking up why did you make me wait. Staff: I thought you were walking to the other side. It was an excuse, there was no reason for me to go to the other side of the gas station. She kept taking to me with a nasty attitude. I tried to ignore her, I didn't engage with her further. I was sure anything I said would just escalate an already bad interaction. I tapped the sad face on the customer service terminal and left a comment. I could fell her watching me. When I finished she harassed me for leaving bad feedback. I tapped the sad face again and left a comment about her harassing me. In the end I just looked at her dumbfounded and went home.
