When I got to the gas pump, the price was actually ten (10) cents higher @ $4.139. I just went ahead and put gas in my car . . . then I took pictures. In the pictures, I took a photo of the advertised prices and the prices at the pump. All three types (Regular Gas, Plus Gas & Supreme Gas) were each priced higher at the pump compared to the advertised prices. (This Chevron Gas Station is at the corner of Ventura Blvd and Shoup.) Moreover this is the second Chevron gas station that charged more at the pump compared to the advertised prices. The other gas station is at 11261 Santa Monica Blvd, in Los Angeles (between the 405 and Sawtelle Blvd).

By then, a long line has already formed, which defeats the whole point of coming early. This seems to be a recurring issue, not a one-off situation. A business like Costco should be able to operate on schedule, especially during peak times like weekend mornings. It didn't even appear that those areas got wet during the wash. This isn't my first bad experience here. I had given them a second chance hoping things had improved, but they haven't. I didn't realize how poor the results were until I got home, by which point getting a refund wasn't an option. I would not recommend this car wash.
