Scammers, they hire door to door sales people who don't even work for them directly. They contract them out. Don't fall for the used car sales tactic. Claiming they have the best customer service, free clear and gentle soaps for 7 years, a week trial or a free year trial if you advertise for them! A real reputable company doesn't need door to door sales people. They go off of referrals! Don't fill out their paper application asking for your ss# either, the sales rep was trying to show us videos and stated his car was broken into, so his laptop wasn't working. That should've been the first red flag. 2nd red flag is when I asked him questions my coworker told me to ask and he got defensive and said "maybe this isn't for you then"! Like sir, you trying to win my business but you threw it back on me like my questions weren't worthy of your time. Not sure why I didn't look at yelp reviews, but man they know how to mind FK you. Anyhoo, this company has sooo many lawsuits against them that they made other LLCs. So be careful! Even the 3rd party plumbing company that they hired to do the installation told us their customer service is NON existent! It's true, still waiting to hear back from the manager and it's been 5 days! Thank you to that plumbing company who told us - "nah, let me show you how much it really cost to replace and how long it takes to get through to customer service". May your pockets always be full. Thank god we didn't move forward with the installation. After going on yelp, Apollo is 2/3 times higher, maybe that free soap for 7 years really isn't free! At first I was not sure about having it installed but I had wanted a system for quite a while. I am very happy to have had it installed because we have a well and we have had problems with the calcium on our sink and appliances. It has improved since our filtration system was installed. After our purchase we were contacted by some very nice people, checking to see that we were happy with our purchase and that everything was working ok. They assured me that if I needed help or any assistance they would happy to help. They are easy to contact and I enjoy speaking to a real person and not an AI. I am certain that I made a good choice. The system has greatly improved our water quality. The water tastes good and the calcium problem has gone away.
