Unlike Best Buy, Lowes or Home Depot, the receipts are an arcane dot-matrix 3-part form, (impossible to read) and there is no delivery or installation. He explained each model and provided the advantages and disadvantages of each model. I purchased the model I liked and it was scheduled for delivery the next business day. The next day the delivery person called to schedule delivery and installation. He (Mark?) was very professional and picked up our old washer/dryer and did a great job with installation.
