It was comfy in the store, but I asked him, "If this feels different at home, what do I do?" and he said, "Then you know where to find me!" Sure enough, once they delivered it, I felt like I was lying on a completely different bed. It was hard as a rock. The display bed had a regular bed frame and box springs, but when they delivered what was supposed to be the exact same mattress, frame, and box springs, it was far higher than the display. I had to climb up into it, but the one in the store was much lower. I thought that was odd, but I still hoped it would be a great bed. It was not and has not been. Yes, I knew where to find him, and he told me then that all sales were final. Should have told me that when I asked what I'd do if I got it home and didn't like it instead of saying, "Then you know where to find me," as if he would remedy the situation. All he said was to give it time to break it in. Well, it hasn't even been five months, and it's broken in alright. It's sagging in the middle exactly like my last mattress was (but I'd had that one for many years), so I'm stuck with the exact same problem, and I haven't even gotten the bed half paid off yet. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I deeply regret going to D&D.
