My whole family has been to Sing for orthodontic care. My daughters have both needed braces as early as second grade. I had a second set of Invisalign done (the first not done here and not done well when I was a teenager). They are kind, thorough, and well organized. They operate like a well-oiled machine, and their patience with my children is unmatched. Gustavo worked with my youngest daughter today (now 9) and he was silly and kind with her, patient when she was hesitant. The orthodontist was direct and to the point with what she needed from my daughter, though not at all unkind. The office is light and bright. They offer blankets if you're cold, and beverages if you need a drink. They have a few fun devices at the front for kids to play. Another notable thing is that the staff is wonderfully diverse. Excellent orthodontic practice. They are exceedingly professional. I let them know in advance of immunity issues in our home and they were caring and respectful. Brad helped us through the first appointment, mouth molds, X-rays, and worked with our insurance. He offered us options for payment and answered all of our questions. Ever since we started at here in summer 2019, we have come to expect a high quality ortho care. We visit them for our 10-yo son, who is undergoing a phase-1 treatment. The staff are to be commended for making the process informative, fun, and including the boy in the conversations about the process. We have met 5 different people, and all of them have been top notch. Dr. Singh also makes it a point to meet with us every single time. We have always felt at home. But, we were a bit hesitant to resume the treatment due to C19. This worry was put to rest last week, when we visited them. They have managed to keep the same warmth and professionalism even after adding several security measures (like waiting in the car, reducing the patient count etc). Happy with our choice. read more

This review is based on this experience, not on the office as a whole. The staff is always extremely nice and welcoming. Although I recommend them, I am extremely unhappy right now. Today is the big day. The day my braces are removed and I am fitted for retainers. I took the day off from work. Went to my appointment and was told to come back in 2 hours to pick up my retainers. Instead of going home, I hung out in the Round Rock area, paid too much for lunch and killed time. When I showed up to the office I was advised there was a lab mix-up and my retainers had to be redone and would not be ready until the end of the day. DID I RECEIVE A CALL? No! I wasted two hours on my day off AND they want me to come BACK this afternoon/evening in traffic or in the morning (which would require more time off from work) to pick them up. Again, I ask...why wasn't I called????????????? read more

I am going to Sing Orthodontics for braces. As an adult at age 33, this is not a fun business at all, but I will pull through. Dr. Singh is the most friendly doctor I've ever encountered. I visited these guys first thing in the morning. Every person on the staff greeted me personally and pulled other people over and introduced them to me. I felt like I was a celebrity coming in to get my braces. They do offer free consultations which is very helpful when you are looking to find out pricing and exactly what you are in for. This also includes X-rays and everything, so it's a great deal. They offered me 3 different payment plans, including in-house financing. I asked for a modification of one of the plans and they were willing to work with me on it as well. They coordinated my treatment with my dentist as well as with an oral surgeon. They verified that everyone they referred me to was in-network for me to make sure I wouldn't have to pay extra. They also called and set up all of these appointments for me. I will be visiting these guys for at least the next two years while my treatment is ongoing. If you are going to have a long term commitment with an orthodontist, make sure it's a great one like Dr. Singh! read more

This place and the staff are awesome! They have the latest technology and the office is fancy! Very clean and modern. I received several quotes and although sing was not the cheapest we thought overall their services exceeded our expectations. They even offer a child intern once a year! My daughter had her ortho consultation and from the moment we walked in I felt welcomed. The Office is very clean and organized. The entire staff is very kind and friendly. I loved how they give you a tour of the Office. Brad did a great job explaining the issues with her teeth, treatment plan, options available, cost, and answering any questions I had. Such a great place! We were referred here by our pediatric dentist for my two boys. From the consultation all the way through we were met with caring, calm and patient staff. My 8y/o son was so nervous and really did not want to get his appliance placed(lots of tears and resistance). We have been patients at Sing Orthodontics now for over 3 years. I have 3 children in braces and I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. I LOvE that they have a reward program to encourage and reward good hygiene. Dr. Singh, Dr. Santos and all the staff here are super friendly and VERY patient. They take their time and explain to the kids (and parents) exactly what is happening and why. I appreciate the time Dr. Santos took with my child that has a learning delay. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get my broken permanent retainer fixed. The technician left so much glue on my teeth that I couldn't even get floss through and my bite was off. Had to go back twice the same day. Next day my bite was still off and another technician worked on it and she stated that the other side of the permanent retainer was broken as well, which was odd that the previous tech and the Dr did not notice the day before. To make a VERY long story short. A few days later I noticed my teeth feeling sore and I saw that my front teeth had shifted. The shifting happened because the permanent retainer replacement was not placed correctly. I was VERY upset. I went in with perfectly straight teeth and ended up with the reverse. Dr offered to fix the issue.I asked to have the permanent retainer removed after that happened. I had 2 option either an in office retainer (75%) or invisalign (90%) fix. I decided to go with invisalign express (WHICH I HAD TO PAY). Once I was on my last tray I was not happy with the look. I shared my concerns with Dr Sing. She then showed me the simulated invisalign treatment and I noticed that she shifted a tooth that did NOT need to be corrected. I asked her why she moved a tooth WITHOUT discussing with me first? She replied she thought I wanted the gap closed. (THERE WAS NO GAP). After the treatment I received a retainer which I had issues with also. I had to mention the unsatisfactory retainer. So here I go again back to the office feeling very uncomfortable. I will shorten my experience because it is just too much to write . There is much more that happened in between. My point with this is, do not go there unless you want your teeth to look worse. I am still not happy with the outcome. She did what she thought was good without consulting with me. My teeth are still not like they were the first day I walked into Sing Orthodontics. I even had to PAY for a mistake they made; not only emotionally but also financially. I still needed a second retainer (and it was their responsibility to repair the mistake they made), so I called to schedule yet another appointment, despite how uncomfortable the situation was. The receptionist told me I needed to call the CEO to schedule appointments. I asked why, and I was told because of COVID-19 we have to go through him. That didn't even sound right. I called him to verify and he didn't know anything about that process. When he found out who I was, he stated that unless I paid my balance,(which I just found out a few weeks ago that I had a balance and it's now PAID) they would not see me; another very professional approach by Sing Orthodontics. Here's a little irony for you in this whole story; My husband had invisalign express treatment as well. It was a 6 month treatment and they ATTEMPTED to charge our insurance for a 12 month treatment; WHAT A LIE!! We had to deal with the CEO JIM USDAN who was very rude. My husband called them out on it, and MIRACULOUSLY it went from him owing them $460 to them owing HIM a $40 credit. Again my story is way longer and more to it then I am writing. I recently came in for a consultation and I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Santos and the rest of the staff. First off, this is probably the nicest dental office I've been to. Modern yet comfortable and not at all intimidating. The staff was warm and welcoming and checked me in, in a timely manner. Dr. Santos was so patient with me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns regarding whether to go with braces or invisalign. They scheduled me an appointment during a time they are CLOSED. Their hours are already difficult as they have 2 locations but apparently will only open 1 location at a time (they should just have one location if they can't keep them both open). And they don't even have an emergency line, I guess if something comes up after hours just go to another Orthodontist! Staff are friendly and helpful, and scheduling appointments is easy as they call you back quickly if you need to make or change an appointment. My older daughter had braces with Dr. Singh a couple years ago and it was awesome --- but it seems they have outgrown themselves--- now my younger daughter is starting her "braces journey" .... and we had to wait for at least 35 minutes AFTER my appt time to be seen--- then her mold didn't even fit and so they ordered another on a "rush"- but even then, it's 3 weeks out and I have to go to their Round Rock location (we live in Lakeway) just to be seen ... Dr. Singh is awesome but the business side could use some help! Disappointed. read more

Not only do you get quality consultations and treatment, their hygienists/assistants and Dr. Singh are about the nicest people you could ever meet in such circumstances. Orthodontics involves quite a chunk of money, but I'm happily handing over my money and, much more importantly, my children to them. My kids love Dr. Singh. She is so kind and thorough. Her staff and assistants have always been friendly and knowledgable (Yes, they are young as someone mentioned). We recently met her new counterpart, Dr. Santos. I think the kids are really going to like him. We were able to see a little of his comedic side while there. I do worry Singh is more expensive than other places, but my kids really love Dr. Singh and staff. They don't want to leave to go to someone more affordable. Sing Ortho is expanding and adding locations. Perhaps their prices will come down and that they will charge equitable prices across locations. Insurance billing has been a problem for us. You need to be on top of the office to make sure they are filing and receiving payments to help cushion your bill. I certainly trust Dr. Singh with my children's teeth. read more

We went for the initial visit, Dr. Singh is nice, staff was nice to my daughter .... we decided to go with them..... scheduled second visit, PAID HER TREATMENT IN FULL at that visit where they just took Xrays for her expanders ...... have to wait for over a month for expanders to arrive ..... something came up and I need to move my kids appointment. I've been calling now for a solid week, every single day and not just that they don't return my voice messages, their voice mail keeps saying "the office is closed"?!?!??! I am about to take an extra trip on Monday and to walk into their office and see what a hell is going on because I am not starting anything with them if this is what I need to deal with for another 18 months. When I first took my son I thought this place would be a good thing because of the location and the small practice feel. Not the case I over paid was told I was going to get a refund by their office manager along with Dora who over see's the insurance coordination. I was told I had to wait for my son's treatment to be completed before I get a refund which is crazy! They surly did not say that when they took my big payment upfront when the braces were placed! On top of all that mess it is so hard to even get in at the Round Rock location and the staff have attitudes of I do not care. The techs that they have are young and do not seems to pay attention to what they are doing. One simple task of having a bracket placed back on ended up being a wrong one and having to take that one off to place the correct one. Oh but I am sure they are going to bill the insurance for their bracket that had to be removed because of their error. Which I will dispute with the insurance company if I see it on the EOB. The orthodontist that my daughter went to see did the actual work not like this place. I knew I should have went with my instinct and took my son to my daughters orthodontist. Out of all the visits that my son has been to he has only seen Dr. Sing once that is just sad. But then again why does she care she is getting paid so I am sure that is all that matters to her and her establishment!!! Good customer service goes a long way and little things do matter even if they may think others aren't watching or paying attention trust me I am.
