The entire team was friendly, professional, and caring. Michelle took great care of me for most of my visit. She was kind, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Later, a male doctor came in to check on me. I believe it was Dr. Miller, although I don't remember if he introduced himself by name. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. After not going to a dentist for many years after some bad experiences elsewhere, I booked an appt here for an initial cleaning and consult due to some tooth pain. I was nervous and my blood pressure showed that to be true. But they did a truly fantastic job, and I left feeling excited about finding a truly different dental experience! I returned 2 weeks later (yesterday) to get a temporary crown put on a tooth I had cracked. My first crown, but I was confident they would do a good job, and my confidence was not misplaced. In particular, I would like to call out dental assistant, Rachel. She knew I was concerned, and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and her dental skills were top notch. Dr. Kaur also did a wonderful job. You can tell at a place like this that the entire office has a positive vibe, and that put me at ease as well. A few weeks back, I fell and broke the root of a tooth. I had no pain really until a few weeks later. I emailed the office with my concerns, and they made an opening the same day for me. I lost the tooth, but the experience was compassionate and professional. The Dentist and assistants were so kind and considerate. I have been to this office more than a couple of times and can tell you, this is where you should go if you want honest, caring dentistry. I have never felt uncomfortable or afraid to see this dentist. His office staff are so enjoyable, and he is a kind dentist with a sense of humor. Billing should be clear. Many times I asked if I had any charges or anything pending and they would tell me no. Few weeks later I would get a bill. That happened a few times. I finally went in person to get it clear and they informed me that they had changed to a premium insurance and I had a PPO. They also informed me that they still take PPO however they would charge me as a premium. Not only the billing was not clear but the services declined from when I started going there. Last time I was there the Dr. didn't even stop by to check on the worked (a filling) that was done on me. The dental assistance did all the work herself. It took her a very long time to complete and not very well done. I was so ready to be done that I didn't want to complain about it. I will no longer be a patient at that office. read more

Awful experience and office gave me the feeling like Oz behind the curtain. I had a root canal done in December right before the Christmas holiday. I had complications from the procedure being done improperly (confirmed by 2nd opinion). Dr left for holiday and his back-up was only authorized to pull teeth and prescribe meds. I needed an antibiotic and dr poo poo'd my request. Short of the story, i suffered with severe pain for weeks. I ended up losing my two front teeth and the whole experience lasted over a year. I'm a new patient. Had my first visit last week. The office was clean, modern and happy. The office staff were wonderful and an absolute delight to be around. The dentist was easy to speak with, very kind and had a remarkable smile. My mouth needs a lot of work, and I was nervous about this. After speaking with Doctor Miller, I felt at ease additionally, after speaking with their financial person about the cost I did not go into sticker shock. They are very reasonable in fees. I had my appointment today as a new patient and it was wonderful. The front office staff is very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Shauna was very informational and walked me through everything that she was doing and made sure to check in with me through out the cleaning. I met Dr. Miller as well and he seems like a very nice, funny, and friendly man. Making an appointment is very easy and they offer text message reminders, which works great for me and my busy schedule. I should also note that when I made my appointment I asked to be on a list for cancellations in case I can get a sooner date and the front office staff was on top of it and I was able to get in sooner. read more

I called and made an appointment because I was having pain on #3 molar they took X-rays and did a regular cleaning just for them to tell me after that I need a deep cleaning asap so there goes $350 to waste. They suggested to get a new crown on #3 molar since I got a root canal a couple years ago and I had pain on that tooth, when in reality they should of suggested me to go see a specialist but NO they didn't offer any help they just took the mold of my new crown and applied a temp for now, Dr.miller said oh it's probably your sinus I asked him many times will the pain on my molar go away once I get the new crown and he said yes. They also did a deep cleaning on my right side that same day which was over $800 and $1781 for a new crown. Lucy is not an honest person either she wasn't clear with me about the pricing. I'm glad I went to go see a specialist because my root canal had an infraction on #3 molar this place is a total rip off and not honest at all. read more

This place is the best. Dr Miller, hygienists and office staff are all kind, thorough, and best of all- honest. I had an emergency dental issue yesterday, and they got me in right away, and was seen quickly. It was a pretty bad infection and ultimately I needed a root canal, upon examination and an x-ray. The procedure went really well, and I left feeling so much better! The best part: I received a call today (day after root canal) to see how I was doing (her and Dr Miller were concerned I may be in a lot of pain today- I wasn't :) so thoughtful- very impressed! I have never had anyone from any dental office check up on me. 10/10 recommend this practice!! read more

I've been seeing Dr Miller for many years. Before that I saw his dad. So, I've been with this dentist for a long time. Has it always been perfect, no, but I would not see another Dentist. The staff is great, they work with you in an emergency, to normal cleaning. Dr. Miller is very good and has the education to do many more things than many dentists I hear of. I have been coming to this dentist for the last 10 years or so. I like coming to a place where the office staff knows who I am. I've had two hygienists since I started coming here and have loved them both. My current hygienist is Wendy and I highly recommend her if you're looking! I don't see Dr. Miller that often (that's a positive), but when I do need to see him, he's always been very friendly and gentle with my teeth. I've have work done on my teeth every now and then and Dr. Miller has never let me down. Some of the work I've had done has been cosmetic and I was nervous of the outcome, but it turned out perfect. This place offers text message reminders for those of us who don't remember our appointments we made 6 months ago. They are very flexible with their schedule and I've never had to wait to get in. They offer the Zoom whitening product, which I can say is amazing! They also offer the Care Credit program for work you need to finance. my son has been getting work done for the past couple years with Dr. Miller. He had gone in a couple months ago complaining about pain. Dr. Miller only wanted to focus on his two root canals he had started. To make a long story short, my son had a wisdom tooth infection that also infected the molar it was next to. I took him to another dentist who said his mouth is in such awful condition. he needs cavities refilled because all of the cavity wasn't removed in six teeth, one being another root canal Dr Smoth wanted to start that ended up needing to be filled according to his new dentist. X-rays Dr Millers office sent over were old. he wasn't updating X-rays. not even when my son said he was in pain. I am beyond angry, because of all of the work out of pocket my son had to come up with for Dr. Miller, now was a waste and starts all over again. these dentists need to be watched. Give this guy your checkbook and he will write his own checks. Especially to pay for his upgraded office. read more

Nice front office people but other then that it's a horrible place to get serious teeth work done . Dr miller ruined my two front teeth . It was his job to provide me with the best solution for my teeth . He shaved my front tooth down to a stub and put a cap on it and added some type of brown solution to my other front tooth now both teeth really looks totally different . From the start I told him I wanted my teeth to look like alike . I know my teeth wasn't that great from the start but I can honestly say when I left that office my teeth was worse then it was when I came in . This place really started out as five stars for me. They were friendly and clean and most of all I felt like they didn't try to nickel and dime me, the way every single dentist has over the past few years. Seriously it feels like dentists can always finds a couple hundred to a grands worth of work you "need". In all fairness even in the end, this place did not do that. My dentist told me several things I needed and and didn't push the more expensive work first. We just split the work into three visits as I could afford my co-pays. They lost two stars when low and behold a charge popped up two months after I had my work done. I knew that I was moving as well as losing benefits so I made a point to get the work done and out-of-the-way. Two months ago before I moved I had a zero balance. Last week I get an overdue bill because it turns out the insurance did not cover what the Miller family dentistry TOLD me was covered. The bill was now also late because I had moved and having a zero balance I did not give them a new address, so this bill took two months to get to me. I called to inquire about this. Make no mistake I plan to pay what is due, but it is a frustrating situation when you made a point to have this all organized before you move and are on a tight budget because of that. So I made a point to tell her they had informed me what my insurance would cover and that I left with a zero balance... And all of that friendliness I had experienced melted away at that point. I've had some awful experiences with awful dentists! So although I now have to mail them a check for over $100, I would still recommend them and just advise that you are very thorough when it comes to payments and insurance and your exact costs. read more

I am such a chicken when I go to the dentist. But all the staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. There was nothing to be afraid of. They are all so friendly. And they let me watch tv or listen to music while I get my work done. I never felt judged by any of them because I havent taken care of my teeth or been to the dentist for along time. Came here for a couple of years, but left due to repeatedly being told that x-rays are necessary, every time I turned around.. The final straw was when I was having a crown replaced, and they asked for a second w-ray within a period of two weeks. They had done an x-ray on the first visit, and then told me they needed another. I called them out, and asked just how "necessary" this x-ray was, and could they go ahead without it, and they said "sure, no problem" and they were able to proceed just fine without it. My husband spent years being embarrassed by his teeth. He covered them at all costs including a mustache that he had for over 40 years. Until Dr. Miller no one suggested fixing them. I've been going to Dr. Miller's office for over 20 years and have no need to look anywhere else. They're always friendly and everyone seems to love working there! I have been going to Miller's Family Dentistry for a few years now along with my husband who has had to get dentures on top and on the bottom they look beautiful it is so nice seeing him with all of his teeth and they look so nice that family and friends always compliment him. As I'm going to be needing dentures in the next couple years I fill totally confident that they will look great. I have been afraid of the dentist my whole life even though I have had a lot of dental work done. I have to say the staff and I mean everyone who works for Dr. Miller are outstanding they go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable and they explain everything they need to as they go along. I love that Dr Miler is honest he wont sugar coat anything no pun intended. I get so stressed out that Dr Miller's office offer's something that no other dentist office does that I have seen which is a pill they crush up put under your tongue and your not asleep but let me tell you from someone who actually has anxiety attacks from going to the dentist.
