Went in for a cleaning. Felt pain around my lip from the dental instrument Dr. Shirin was using and told her. She moved it but the pain persisted. After it was done I looked into my phone camera and noticed my skin was ripped under my lip. She claimed it was because my lips were dry (which they were) but you can see this under my lip. She denied any fault. There is a huge rip under my lip that hurts still. read more

Went here today my fiance recommended here. I saw Snirin her service was horrible. It was my first visit I have very good insurance from The County of Alameda. A small piece of a filling came out and the entire side of my face hurts so im obviously uncomfortable. They took xrays she came in telling me all the things I needed so I asked was it pertaining to what was hurting because I've been in pain since Monday. She said yes that I needed a root canal but I needed authorization she didn't no how long it was going to take. I told her I've never waited for authorization to do any dental work I've had delta dental for 18 yrs its never been a issue. She's like well yeah we can't do anything without out doing that first not even schedule but you can go some place else like to a specialist. I said I've never had to see a specialist for a root canal but Ok. She said you can see the ladies out front. I said so what about the pain I've waited 5 days to be seen. Im taking Tylenol its not working. She said rotate between Tylenol and motrin which if she saw my chart I can't take NSAIDS. I said no antibiotics? And this part really was appalling she said no not until your face swells. I said I've never had a dentist actually wait for the patient to swell to help. Now she sees im in pain she has been absolutely NO HELP. Then tells me to wait for swelling then I can go to ER. Not sure what type of fool she thinks I am but Id never ever go back. I left feeling worse than I came. The front desk lady was friendly that's the only plus. read more

Okay Lil embarrassing but I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS, and I was super nervous and embarrassed cause I wasn't sure the condition of my teeth. Also being I don't have the best insurance it's hard finding a dentist but they take PPO and medi-cal. But this place definitely fixed my fear of dentists and made me feel super comfortable!
