I've my two still at home kids play sports, my freshman daughter doing soccer and my junior son performing ice hockey. As happens with athletes, they get banged up, torqued, bruised and injured. My daughter has had knee issues and my son an impinged humerus from checking. Doc Singh has seen them both. He has done physical therapy with them at his Anaheim Hills location. He has taught them both different stretches and mobility drills to do on their own so as to avoid further injury as well as to compensate for areas of the body that their sport over develops that can then affect other muscles less used. He often throws in some chiropractique adjustments as needed. Both of my kids have benefitted and healed from seeing Doc Singh. Some folks need to know about bedside manner stuff. I've rarely met as friendly and positive a man as him. He's engaging and quite the conversationalist. After leaving his office my misanthropic self is less down on humanity, my even bitching less at the slow and non-signaling drivers on the way home...and that takes something to accomplish. His only downfall is being a Winnipeg Jets fan instead of Ducks, but what do you expect from a transplanted snow-back (Canadian)? read more

Dr Singh is the best physical therapist I've ever been to and has perfected his craft! I went to see him after finding out that I had a slap tear on my shoulder and some bicep pain . He was very patient in explaining to me what was going on and developed a personal plan for me. 10 stars. Dr. Singh is one of a kind. I've never met a medical provider who is more caring, interested, or passionate (he really is!) about helping people. Both my wife and I see him, and every time after my wife's appointment, she tells me "he's just a good person." I agree! He's also really good at what he does, and is a fun person to be around (I'm surprised he doesn't have his own reality TV show). I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Singh, and leave them feeling great and in a good mood. I feel like he's "not just" my doctor, but also a friend. I think that I'm close to being healed, but will definitely be stopping by occasionally to say hello and visit my friend, Dr. Singh. Dr. Singh is wonderful with his patients. My daughter had a knee injury and Dr. Singh was integral to her recovery. We visited his Anaheim Hills office during COVID. The use of masks and appropriate protocols are in place. Great onsite experience and was equipped to do home stretches to expedite recovery. So happy we could avoid "shots"/meds. He is very knowledgeable with body mechanics and sports injuries and an overall good person. He is easy to talk to and assesses very quickly with professionalism. I started going to Singh Rehab back in early June and I've gone mostly to the West Covina location, though I've visited him in Newport Beach a few times as well. I've seen a number of chiropractors and PTs over the years for general pain management and adjustments due to having an office job where I can't move too much. I also need to rehab because I go to the gym and play tennis and basketball to keep myself active. So my experience with most CP/PTs has been sort of disappointing. They go through the usual routine of showing you some exercises, stretches, etc. out of a template of materials you can find on the internet and do it yourself. I figured I'll save my time and just follow the information online and do it myself. That did not work as you really need a knowledgeable authority on adapting your workouts and focusing on micro-muscles and areas of the body that you just cannot take any risks with. After an injury, I decided to see Dr. Singh upon a recommendation from my cousin. I was actually quite impressed at not only his knowledge of the human body but also his ability to think 5 steps ahead and be able to break down a solution based on your age, work habits, general activity levels, previous injuries, etc. He didn't waste my time on random templated therapy and medical jargon, nor did he just prescribe mundane stretches and pain medications. He actually isolated my problems down to a very narrow set of exercises and adapted his therapy based on my weekly activity (I am seeing him once per week, every week). He has very good intuition and foresight about many aspects of your physique that many other therapists often ignore. This makes seeing Dr. Singh not only very effective, in terms of pain management and muscle training, but also very time efficient. I can stop by at my lunch hour and have an express session that covers all bases, and still be able to have a longer session over the weekends in his Newport Beach office. I have to say, I'm a very picky reviewer and I only review either my best or worst experiences. This has been an amazing experience and I'll continue to get therapy from Dr. Singh. He's actually helped me refine my tennis skills and improve my posture from a slouch. read more

In one month over the course of four office visits while following every single bit of advice that Dr Singh has provided I feel like a new person. I came in with years of Crossfit/ marathons/ picking up kids all day types of pain in my knees/neck/shoulders/etc. I couldn't turn my head past 80 degrees and I was tighter than I ever had been in my life. Fixed my back in a matter of weeks! I've had back pain for some time and finally did something about. Hurt my back to a point where I could barely walk while on a family vacation. Dr. Singh gave me intial advise over the phone to reduce the pain and then got me an appoinmnt right away to see him. He was able to tell what was wrong just by watching me walk into his office. He carefully explained what was wrong with my back and what his plan was to correct the issue. He's extremely knowledgeable and makes the visit seem more like a social visit than a doctors visit. He's upfront and honest about his methods which are geared towards long term recoery so issues don't reoccur, not quick fixes. Just went on another vacation which involved many hikes, some white water rafting, and lugging around heavy luggage. I had no issues. My back has never felt better. I highly recommend Dr. Singh for the treatment of any injuries and physical pain. I went to see him upon the recommendation of another person who had been treated by him and I'm so glad I did. It wasn't that I had had a recent injury, but was experiencing lingering pain from an old car accident and the daily physical stresses of life, in general! Dr. Singh did stim treatment, ART, and gave me home exercises to do on my own. One of the things I really appreciate was that none of it was overwhelming to do on my own. Anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes per day doing the right exercises was the most effective thing in my recovery. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable but does not talk to me using too many technical terms. He's able to break it down and make it understandable for someone who doesn't have his background in physical therapy and chiropractic care. And, spends all his time with you, he does not have PT assistants at the practice. Dr. Singh's goal is to get you healthy and get you on with your life pain-free. He's not looking to keep you around as a patient forever, I really respect that about him! read more

So I needed to see an Orthopedist after my shoulder injury a few days ago. To be honest, this wasn't my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice on the list when I searched on Yelp. But because I wasn't able to make appointment with any one of them, I was able to call Dr Singh and he was able to see me the next day!! Dr Singh was very friendly and knowledgeable, I was afraid that I broke my shoulder or dislocated it that I would need a surgery, but after he did some range of motion tests on me, he told me that My shoulder doesn't seem to be broken or need a surgery at all!! Hallelujah!!! What a relief!! I m really glad I ended up choosing Dr Singh as my doctor. Dr. Singh not only cared enough to help me with my foot injury (severe break and severe sprain) he cared enough to get to know me as a person. I only saw him for a little over a month, but in that month time, he got me out of my walking boot and walking with no brace on!! I am an emergency room nurse and it was extremely important to get me back on my feet for 13 hours a day with little to no pain and swelling at the end of my shift. I had never seen a physical therapist before, but my mom couldn't stop raving about Dr. Singh, so when I had some intense leg pain I decided to set up an appointment. I have to agree with my mom, Dr. Singh is fantastic. Not only does he do the impossible by making physical therapy fun with his upbeat personality, but he really takes the time to personalize treatment to your needs. The leg pain I had before isn't gone yet, but it is significantly better, and is continuing to get better with time. He also sets you up for success after your sessions with him have come to an end. For me, he sent me home with great daily stretches to make sure that I don't regress back to where I was before our first visit. I If you're in need of chiropractic services I very highly recommend Dr.Singh. He is a character and very knowledgeable, is one of the most decent people I know, and very good at his job. He has helped my mother, my coworker and me. He provides a real family atmosphere and makes you want to stay all day and talk to him.
