After getting an injury from an over zealous Chinese Foot Massage worker at Red Lotus, I made my way back to Dr Sealey for therapy. I really like his new office location. The parking is paid but he validates - hooray! On the weekend, the entrance in the back is not open so drive around to the right side of the building. Dr Sealey is an amazing doctor and a great person. My back and neck are very difficult to adjust but Dr Sealey does a great job. Dr Sealey first warms up your body, does even soft tissue work and then adjust you. I also no longer go to a separate Physical Therapy office, because I get all my Physical Therapy done at his office. In late 2016, my MRI showed a 3-4mm compression at L4-L5. I was virtually flat on my back for 9 hours a day. Every movement was painful. I couldn't stand for more than a few minutes and waking more than 100 feet was a slow process. I went to Dr. Sealy on a friend's recommendation. Each treatment, I gained more mobility. Within three months, you would never know I had a problem. I'm now a firm believer in his therapeutic treatments. When I moved to Newport Beach from northern CA, I needed to find a new chiropractor and a new physical therapist to obtain the weekly "tune-up" care that I need as a professional fitness athlete. I decided to visit Grecian Chiropractic after reading their holistic approach to wellness. It is very difficult to find a gifted chiropractor who also incorporates soft-tissue therapy, and in the past I had to go to two separate offices which was inconvenient and time consuming. Dr. Sealey has exceeded my expectations and takes ample time to address muscle tightness through electro-stim, myofacial release and ultrasound before attempting to do an adjustment. Most chiropractors operate like a waiter trying to turn their table and hurry their patients out the door, but Dr. Sealey takes time to get to know his clients and spends 30-45 minutes with me at every appointment.
