I can count the times I did a review on some product or service on one hand. So Lupe and his amazing crew inspired me to write another one. Words to describe these guys- outstanding, professional, integrity, knowledgeable, and honest. I initially took my VW Rabbit to another shop (Classic Collision on South Manchaca Rd) and they were abrasive, rude, and wanted to charge me twice the price that Lupe did for less work! So I decided to give them an opportunity to earn my business and when I tell you. The customer service was bar none. Lupe made sure I was taken care. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get to the near by enterprise so I could pick up my rental that the insurance company reserved for me. Not only that he explained very well the process of next steps to ensure my vehicle was setup for a seamless repair. The service was done very quickly once the insurance company processed their part of the claim. Then once I returned he went over the vehicle with me and also took care of some missing paint on the vehicle that wasn't apart of the claim complementary as most other shop would charge for something like this as I have paid to get done in this same type of scenario. The quality of the repair was beyond my expectations. I'm glad I found C&S bodyshop and hopefully I don't have any other accidents but if I do. My truck has been hit 4 times, the first 2 I went to places that the other insurance sent me to did not do well, one even made my truck worse.When I went to Texas auto refinishing they did a fantastic job and even fixed the problem that the last place had made worse. From the moment I went in until the time I left, I was well taken care of. The ladies in the office were very kind and professional. Greg was the one who I had the most contact with and he was always willing to explain exactly what was going on and he dealt with the insurance and made sure that everything was fixed and done correctly. If you do find yourself in an accident, this is the place that I would recommend. I hope you never need them, but if you do, they were able to restore my truck to my satisfaction and I'm pretty sure they will do they same for you.

I'm not much of a car guru, but I did know I was extremely over priced. So I started looking for another mechanic to take it too, and was referred to Reyes Auto. Fast forward to today, wake up to find my car will not start at all. I called Daniel at Reyes and he immediately came to my house, jumped my car, AND drove it to the shop. Got it checked out and quoted me $1500 LESS than what Toyota did.
