They didn't want to do the work anymore and tried to just get me to buy another one of their customer's trucks instead. Eventually did the work. Truck now drives sideways (due to crooked rear axel), the clear coat peeled off after 6 months, they took apart my wiring harness (for paint and suspension work?) and it melted on the headers. When I came to pick it up the bill came to $18k, because his guys took 2-4x longer than he thought they would. Everything they touched had to go somewhere else for actual shops to repair.
