Truck now drives sideways (due to crooked rear axel), the clear coat peeled off after 6 months, they took apart my wiring harness (for paint and suspension work?) and it melted on the headers. I had my oil changed on 2/5/26. During the appointment CBA said they inspected my brakes; my…read morebrakes were at 6mm and when they get down to 5 mm, they recommend them to be replaced. I had my brakes replaced elsewhere on 2/21/26. The mechanic showed me my old brakes and the new brakes. The old brakes looked barely worn. The brakes that I replaced measured at 15.875mm. So either CBA lied about inspecting my brakes at all, and just recommended being replaced due to mileage; or they tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.
