This can be especially frustrating for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions. In the U.S., I would expect all flavors and ingredients to be clearly labeled so customers can make informed choices. Even if staff members are not fluent in English, having accurate labels for flavors and ingredients would greatly improve the customer experience. The desserts themselves are excellent, but better product labeling would make the experience much more enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

The presentation and beautiful box it came in with the different levels to the chocolate itself was unlike anything I have ever seen. They each beautifully decorated like gems and tasted unique with spices like cardamom and saffron. I like that they include a description of each chocolate so you know what you are tasting. Since I told them I would be traveling from Houston to Florida, they packaged my box carefully to ensure it stayed safe and in tack.
