Hygienist Lisa was awesome with a hyper, cabin-fevered kiddo, giving names and "kid-friendly" applications to the entire cleaning process (my fave: Mr. Thirsty for the mouth vac). Any discomfort or unease from my boy melted away with her engaging conversation and demeanor. Thank you Lisa. Dr. Heather was direct and didn't try to upsell X-rays, procedures or anything - just straight-forward advice for the next six months of a constantly changing PreK mouth. Plus, he got an invisible ink pen, a Spider Man toothbrush, bubble gum toothpaste and floss sticks on the way out! Where'd the ink end up? My coffee cup and his nose, mostly. Stellar spot that gets kids and what they need to feel comfortable. An easy five stars.

As an adult, deciding to go back to get Invisalign was a challenge within itself, as for years I…read morewent to a variety of local orthodontist that told me my bite could only be fixed with major jaw surgery. Well, I went in to Dr. Ryan, told her my history and she was very understanding about my fears in wasting my time and money. She was very competent and confident that with a 24 month plan of Invisalign, it was completely possible that my bite could be fixed as long as I followed the plan as directed with no detours. They took my Blue Cross Blue Shield dental insurance, which really helped with the finance part, but they also offered a 0% interest payment plan that I did for a year. They were very accommodating with what I wanted to pay, and we were able to work out a great payment plan where everyone was satisfied. When it came to the point of getting Invisalign, Ryan Orthodontics and her entire team were phenomenal. They were kind, straight-forward, and completely understanding to when I was in pain when the teeth were moving. They were able to provide recommendations on how to properly maintain the invisalign, and took detailed notes on their computer for each and every visit that they were able to refer back to very quickly, making the appointment more efficient. While their hours many not ideal for some, the few times that I did have an emergency/question, they were able to see me within a few days, which I think it completely acceptable. The one time I needed to see them quickly, they were able to get me in a few minutes before the first patient of the day because they knew that I was suffering. Overall, when you leave the office, you make the next appointment there, so when it comes to availability, you should have your calendar ready instead of calling back to make an appointment. In the end, I followed Dr. Ryan's instructions exactly, and ended up getting my Invisalign off in 20 months instead of 24 months! I trusted the process completely and listened to what the professionals had to say and it absolutely paid off! Completely worth my time, money and the pain of adjustments! I will happily refer anyone's children or adults who want to get their orthodontic needs here!

Now, all four top teeth have root canal issues, and the cost to fix this is over $20,000. On top of that, he used an intense light that left dark spots on my lips after drying the glue. It seems he did all this intentionally, with these problems only becoming apparent years later. I recorded all my visits and can provide proof if necessary. Dentist. Lindgren falsely claimed I cursed his staff, which is completely untrue. If I had, I would ask him to specify exactly what was said and to whom. I urge him to do the right thing. This behavior is unprofessional and immature. Dentist. John Lindgren and his wife, both highly educated and quick to defend themselves, seem skilled at deflecting criticism rather than addressing the real issues at hand.
