It also seems that they are attempting to recoup from the loss. In January, I came in for a routine cleaning, during which the hygienist chipped my tooth. I immediately reported the issue to Leslie at the front desk and made it clear I did not want to see that hygienist again. Since then, I have repeatedly scheduled appointments, only to have them rescheduled by the office. In August recently, I returned for another cleaning. An X-ray confirmed that my tooth was cracked, which the dentist acknowledged. However, instead of addressing the issue directly, I was referred to a gum specialist, despite not having any gum-related problems. Most recently, after a conversation at the front desk where I respectfully reiterated my concerns, I received a call canceling my appointment and was informed that the office would no longer see me as a patient. This decision appears to be an attempt to avoid addressing a mistake made in their care rather than taking responsibility and providing a solution. Additionally, I have observed concerning practices at this office, including patients being recommended unnecessary crowns and a constant turnover of staff, leading to inconsistent care. When I attempted to speak with the office manager, Tony, my concerns were dismissed rather than heard. Instead of listening she dismissed my concerns and tells me find some place else. Dental care requires trust, consistency, and accountability. Unfortunately, this office has failed to uphold those standards. For the well-being of yourself and your family, I recommend seeking care elsewhere. Please do so. the only reason I stayed so long because it's within the community I live in. But the way I was spoken to today and the fact that instead of rectifying the situation and valuing me as a customer who has been there over 10 years. If this can happen to me it can happen to you. Casey did a great job of cleaning and fitting the temporary. I really saw Kaysea's skill when Dr Emami decided to replace the temporary. Kaysea started the process by taking molds. This is usually a painful process for me due to 'bumps' on the inside of my lower gums. I alerted Kaysea to this and she was able to make it painless. Kaysea then made and adjusted the new temporary. It was dramatically better than the initial one both in size and fit. Kaysea made a number of adjustments before gluing it in place and then Dr Emami made the final adjustments. While I will, of course, be careful not to dislodge the temporary I've never had a temporary that fit this well or was more functional. Add all that to Kaysea's excellent 'chair side manner' and I want to share my appreciation. My wife, Denise, and I have been clients for many years and, as evidenced by our willingness to drive 3 hours round trip, have been very happy with our dental care. Anyone with sense knows exactly what she was implying and she knew, too. It was not a typo. I advised correcting it to the truth, which they did. The ADA may also be interested. Falsely stating a patient is calling repeatedly for pain medication is very serious. I'll never return to the practice, but this is to warn potential and existing patients that facts aren't a priority with Nankin Dental. This wasn't the only inaccuracy, but it was the most serious and deserves further attention.

I wasted insurance money from other dentists because they couldn't fix my issue. After doing alot of research, I finally decided to call Allen Dental Braintree. Thanks to the front desk (Gina) who was very patient with me, explained and assured me that the dentists there can and will fix my issue. The dental hygienist Nicole also had a very friendly attitude and because of this, I felt less nervous. Other things I've noticed: I did feel my appt with the dentist was rushed. The place is roomy but there was some unpleasant smell in the waiting area. I got a sore throat a couple days later after the appt and I do think it was from this dentist office. I did not have any work done at this place so I cannot say about their work. But their referral specialist did fix my issue that had been bothering me for years. I came here to have a tooth checked out. I was hoping to have an appointment with Dr. Salem since she has such great reviews and credentials but she's so booked that I ended up with Dr. Gallagher. I was nervous about this at first but found him to be absolutely fantastic! He saw me right away and checked out the tooth that was hurting me. He told me I needed a root canal. They have a designated oral surgeon who does root canals on specific day. I booked the appointment and got in to have it done. The surgeon and and her assistant were excellent. Didn't take forever and I booked another appointment with Dr. Gallagher to have the crown put on. I went in for my appointment with Dr. Gallagher and he stared working on the buildup of my tooth to put on a crown. This takes 2 visits. He explained everything he was doing and put me at ease since I'm one of many people who are afraid of the dentist. Lol. One thing I pleasantly noticed is the way he treated his assistant. He always said please while asking her for what he needed. I've worked with a Dr. Before (veterinary) and never heard please or thank you from him so I found his kindness to be admirable. I'm so happy I got him as my dentist and I never thought I'd say this but I'm not even nervous about my next appointment. Wish I'd known about this place sooner. Even recently, my 2 year old chipped his teeth and we got him in to Dr. Hasan pretty quickly. She eased our worry (the parents) with a calm and light hearted approach, to an easy-fix situation.
