This was my first time using this dry cleaners, after my long-time cleaners closed their business. After paying $55 in cash--no credit cards accepted--the coat was returned with the button stitched back on no better than I could have done myself, and with no spacer like the rest of the buttons still have. It looks dreadful, to be honest, and I won't be bringing anything back to this cleaner again.

I am furious. I dropped off a brand new $300 dress and spent over $100 on alterations. They destroyed the dress sleeves. Uneven hems, sloppy sewing lines, strings everywhere, jagged pieces sticking out and glue had been ironed on the wool crepe. They knew this and still had the nerve to have me pay and not say a word! I am not going to speculate why they thought it was okay to do this. Why they thought I deserved and would accept this level of workmanship. I would be ashamed to send this off with a customer. Let alone a customer who paid a lot of money. I showed them pics of what I wanted when I dropped it off. If they couldn't do it or thought it might be too hard let me know I would have taken it somewhere else. This is a brand new dress ruined! The moment they messed up on the first sleeve they should have stopped, apologized, suggest I take it to a more skillful tailor and not charged me.
