What I encountered was not only a bold taste but a bold business model that can be tasted in each bite. She bakes a cakes, destroy them, and in the process reinvents not only the food but the person making it. Ending up in the DMV post master's degree in Social Work, this baker feels the process of making these balls with love is a form of therapy for those struggling with personal demons and unhealthy dependencies. Listening to her story in awe, she shared her goal of hiring those who not only need a job but who need to be healed. Genius!
