Delicious creative drinks and great customer service. I have a broken hand and they helped me carry my drinks. Much appreciated!

It's definitely my kind of vibe. The staff were attentive and not put out when I first came in and were incredibly helpful with giving me suggestions (because everything sounded so good). I ended up leaving my first visit with The Abyss bubble tea and meandered my way back to Merrill. Today, I decided to treat my son to an evening out in Portland, and we swung into Uncharted for a quick tea. He got a small regular brown sugar milk tea and I got a large Kraken. I'm just as smitten with the vibe and the space now as I was back in December, & know that whenever I'm in town I'll be coming in to get a tasty drink to walk around town with.

There were so many interesting drinks to choose from, but luckily the workers were friendly and super helpful in guiding me. The commitment to the nautical theme is adorable, and all the clever drink names made the menu fun to read. I also love how many books and games they have available, it feels like a cozy little hangout spot you could easily lose track of time in. I got the Leviathan, which is nitro coffee, taro, oat milk, simple syrup, and boba. I'm picky with boba, and let me just say... I was actually impressed. The texture and flavor were on point. There were so many other drinks I wanted to try, so I'll definitely be back.

A friendly elderly lady handed him our order and the experience was so casual, it was like visiting an aunt's home. :) The food was fresh and tasty. Would order from them again!

It says clearly in the menu that " Crispy Garlic Chicken Noodles (no broth) $15.00 Teriyaki chicken, tamari gluten-free soy sauce, scallion, steamed broccoli. Vinaigrette, onion, and cucumber on the side". Every single time I get this now it doesn't come with cucumber and they put mushrooms on it the noodles are different and not good. It is not all how it was when I first started ordering it. I recommend this place to a couple co workers and they were not impressed and said it made their stomach hurt. Another thing is they don't know how to update their hours properly. I've ordered things online and have paid for them and went to go pick it up and it's closed and when I reached out to the owner said there was nothing they could do. Never got my money back. Just super disappointing when you really liked something and it never comes out the same. I won't be recommending this place anymore. It's not worth the hype.

Fortunately, we were early enough to be seated right away, but shortly afterwards there were many people waiting outside. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, and even went out of his was wo make a decaf iced coffee for me. We ordered two items off of the special Noah Kahan menu, which supports The Busyhead Project (Noah's charity that focuses on mental health). My choice was "Waffle Be Here Forever" which was an apple Belgian waffle, topped with fried apples, blueberry granola, whipped cream, and caramel. it was soooooo good and I'd definitely order it again. Also from the Noah Kahan menu, we ordered pumpkin pancakes, which were so fluffy and flavorful. Another win on the menu! Decor in the Friendly Toast is really fun with the walls collaged with nostalgic art. I also liked the Busyhead Project Community wall towards the back of the restaurant which featured written reflections on mental health prompts that were then posted on the wall.
