The many different unique combination of flavors here are awesome to see, and even better to taste! It is great to know that boba shops are not losing their creativity when it comes to making a great tea. SipCha is a small boba shop next to the Publix that has limited seating, but delicious drinks and friendly service. I certainly have a favorite boba destination, but SipCha gravitates me away from that other spot every so often, whenever I want to try something new. Here's what I've had here so far: Lemongrass Lychee splash: Oh man this is such an interesting one! One thing you notice is that the real ingredients are in the drink. So when it says lemongrass, you'll get lemongrass actually running through the drink. The flavors are real and strong, this was a good one! Passion in Paradise: I love passion fruit drinks, this one was no different. Pear Osmanthus: I was shocked to not only find chunks of pear in the drink, but a real tea bag, elevating the flavor of the drink. I love when a place does real tea, not just the powder. Oh, and this drink was excellent, would order again! Can't wait to keep coming back here and try more options! It is not everyday where I have lemongrass or even pear as an option! read more

Sipcha has kind, bubbly owners and great customer service. I won a giveaway with them and they did a great job introducing me to their menu. I got a sparking lychee drink, which I thought was a little underwhelming. Otherwise, I like their seating availability and find it a good shop to work from. Grabbed some boba from here recently and really enjoyed it! I was impressed by the wide variety of items on the menu, and the categorization for the different teas was very helpful. For example, I was specifically interested in a non-caffeinated beverage, so I was happy to see that there was a whole "Non-Caffeinated" section! The employee who took our order and made our teas was super nice and helpful, and he prepared everything very quickly. I really enjoyed my visit at SipCha Cary. This shopping center has ample parking and is spacious. SipCha has a little something for everyone. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a rose milk tea with herbal jelly and lychee toppings and the rolled ice cream in mint chip and Oreo. My daughter enjoys Raleigh Rolls, so this was a nice treat for her to avoid the trek to downtown Raleigh. SipCha is a relatively new store in Cary. It is the second location for SipCha and there may be more locations in the future. I found out about it from the Yelp Elite event I was there for. I was warmly greeted when I entered and asked if I had had boba before which I have. Then I was shown the menu screen and also given the option of the laminated menu as that was easier for me to read. SipCha has a nice decor with the lighting. There is some seating by the window and more against the wall. I went with the mango lemonade with boba. I really enjoyed it. I want to try some of the other teas. The drink was large so it lasted for a while. Before I left I spotted macarons in the case and had to leave with some. They are individually wrapped. they are very fresh. I love SipCha! I live in West Cary and this was such a great addition to the neighborhood for taking over the previous boba spot. Instead of driving to Apex, I can now walk here or walk to the other side of the strip mall Publix is in and grab a boba. Just like their Apex location, their menu is pretty much the same with drinks and rolled ice cream. My favorite drinks are So Much Passion, and the seasonal ones such as persimmon milk tea and also the pumpkin milk tea with boba that they had around Thanksgiving. The staff is always super friendly, especially the owner, Eddy! My 3 year old loves to get the toppings for the rolled ice cream, and the have always let me pay for a side of toppings so he can get a marshmallow, sprinkle, and gummy bear fix. read more

Decided after shopping at Publix to check out SipCha. It is just a few buildings down and has a long bar with a high top bar and a couple of tables next to the ordering area. The menu has a mix of tea, juice, and even rolled ice cream! I decided to go with the So Much Passion which was a passion tea and green tea mix. I topped it with the peach Boba. Total was a little high at $6, but I feel like that is normal for now. The mix of the passion and green tea was so good, but so sweet! My kids and I visited this location after school. My son learned about the place from friends. The wait was a little long for the boba drink we ordered but, otherwise, no complaints. The place is very small and was pretty busy too which made it feel a little tight to dine in. But...we made it work. The decor is a little dated but was clean. If you happen to be shopping or just in the Morrisville area, come to this place and get yourself a treat! If you love their Apex location, this is no different. It is cute on the outside as well as inside. I love their bobble heads decorations. Owned by the same owner so you know the quality you'll get. By the way, if you get their reusabe cups, you also get a straw cleaner to wash the stray. The cup is really cute. The little boy on it is the owner's nephew. How cool is that and a nice homage to him. You have three choices in lids: pastel purple, pastel blue or clear. Anyways, where did bubble tea come from anyways right? It originally started in Taiwan in the 80s and brought abroad in the 90s. It's a tea based drink with tapioca pearls, hence the name bubble tea or boba tea. Many places would make their boba tea with powder and this is where SipCha differs. They use fresh fruits that they cut up daily to flavour their teas. If you are a novice, you might want to try a flavour that you are familiar with. To those who grew up drinking this, you know how and what to order. On the same day as my visit, they posted on Facebook a flavour that I love for decades, winter melon. Well, you know what I got, winter melon, and my youngest daughter chose mango tango with milk cap instead of her usual taro/Ube. First sip until the last made nostalgic. It was good! My daughter loves hers too. I love that they stick to authenticity So if you are in Morrisville, stop by SipCha and treat yourself to either a boba tea or rolled ice cream. They also have macarons. This small shop offers mighty drinks & dessert! Choose from a variety of flavors, toppings and choose your milk (if you have lactose intolerance issues, they offer milk alternatives!). I chose the strawberry shortcake with soy milk and my husband got the Ube Meets Taro. Both were delicious!! You can also choose your sweetness level if you prefer. The drinks we got were SO GOOD! I got Ube Meets Taro with Herbal jelly and my partner got strawberry matcha and they were both creamy and delicious. The ube meets taro was amazing. It was sweet as you'd imagine but for someone who usually doesn't like super sweet and creamy drinks, somehow this just works. The herbal jelly provided a different texture and earthy flavor to contrast and I would get that combo again. You would like this drink if you like ube and taro, and I'm sure any of the toppings would go well. The strawberry matcha was also well balanced in flavor. We've gone back another time for fruit teas and I can't remember what they were but really enjoyed them as well. Ok first, the space. It's really clean and cute on the inside. I will say, there's not much seating. There's like one table inside and then a long bar with stools, but I wouldn't come to hang out for a long time since the seating is so limited. That said, the boba was really good. I got the Ube meets Taro and it was the perfect amount of creamy with real Ube. The boba was really nice and chewy. I do recommend going down on sweetness. My friend got the Lychee Jade and loved the actual lychee in it. She rated it a 7/10 and recommends asking to get it less sweet as the sweetness took away from the tea flavor. The staff were so fast and extremely helpful. The manager Mike was nice and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions with no problem and helped me optimize my Ube enjoying experience. I am thankful to have been selected for this Yelp Elite event! I love boba tea and was excited to try this spot! I didn't realize before going they have a location in Apex too. I arrived around 5pm on Friday. The place is small but cute inside. I was greeted and the employee who was at the register was very friendly and welcoming. I love both ube & taro so I couldn't resist trying this drink. It's absolutely gorgeous to look at, but it also tasted great. I got it with 25% sugar, but would go with zero sugar next time as I still found it to be sweet for my taste. I was told to make sure to mix it all up well and I appreciated that tip because only mixing it a little bit I had some really sweet sips and some thicker sips from the ube that is smeared in the cup to make the beautiful swirl design. I really liked how the boba was very soft compared to other boba I've had. It was also smaller in size than others. The only thing I didn't love, perhaps because it was unexpected, was that the drink was blended with ice and almost like a smoothie/milkshake consistency. Stopped in to SipCha during a Yelp Elite event during a weekday afternoon. I live in the area but hadn't noticed the new establishment. It sits right next to Publix. It's small and not a whole lot of seating. So I imagine on a busier day you'll want to get in and get out or you'll feel cramped. The team behind the counter are all pleasant. My Brown Sugar Bubble drink was good and made quickly. Just make sure to stir it up real good before you drink it.
