Sipcha has kind, bubbly owners and great customer service. I won a giveaway with them and they did a great job introducing me to their menu. I got a sparking lychee drink, which I thought was a little underwhelming. Otherwise, I like their seating availability and find it a good shop to work from. The music isn't too loud and tends to be Chinese rnb (my experience from being there 3 times). I'll be back for fruit tea over milk tea or a sparkling drink next time.

They have mastered the Taro boba tea! We have gone back 3 times for it specifically! Highly recommend ordering any of the specialties and don't forget the milk cap to really elevate whatever drink you decide to get!

I really enjoyed my visit at SipCha Cary. This shopping center has ample parking and is spacious. SipCha has a little something for everyone. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a rose milk tea with herbal jelly and lychee toppings and the rolled ice cream in mint chip and Oreo. My daughter enjoys Raleigh Rolls, so this was a nice treat for her to avoid the trek to downtown Raleigh. I can't wait to return for the rolled green tea azuki ice cream to cook down on a hot day, matcha milk tea and the jade lychee fruit tea.

SipCha is a relatively new store in Cary. It is the second location for SipCha and there may be more locations in the future. I found out about it from the Yelp Elite event I was there for. I was warmly greeted when I entered and asked if I had had boba before which I have. Then I was shown the menu screen and also given the option of the laminated menu as that was easier for me to read. SipCha has a nice decor with the lighting. There is some seating by the window and more against the wall. I went with the mango lemonade with boba. I really enjoyed it. I want to try some of the other teas. The drink was large so it lasted for a while. Before I left I spotted macarons in the case and had to leave with some. They are individually wrapped. they are very fresh. SipCha is worth the drive for a return trip for me.

Decided after shopping at Publix to check out SipCha. It is just a few buildings down and has a long bar with a high top bar and a couple of tables next to the ordering area. The menu has a mix of tea, juice, and even rolled ice cream! I decided to go with the So Much Passion which was a passion tea and green tea mix. I topped it with the peach Boba. Total was a little high at $6, but I feel like that is normal for now. The mix of the passion and green tea was so good, but so sweet! Definitely ask for half the sugar or more water to cut the sweetness, but otherwise such a refreshing drink! Big plus the staff was very warm and welcoming!

My kids and I visited this location after school. My son learned about the place from friends. The wait was a little long for the boba drink we ordered but, otherwise, no complaints. The place is very small and was pretty busy too which made it feel a little tight to dine in. But...we made it work. The decor is a little dated but was clean. I ordered the New York Cheesecake rolled ice cream and my daughter ordered strawberry rolled ice cream. Just watching the employee roll the ice cream was quite entertaining. My son had the Sunshine boba tea (pineapple-flavored and he added strawberry popping). I can only vouch for the ice cream because I didn't taste my son's drink, but I did notice he only drank 1/3 of it and saved the rest for later. Overall, a nice place to go for a quick informal treat after school if you like boba or rolled ice cream.

If you happen to be shopping or just in the Morrisville area, come to this place and get yourself a treat! If you love their Apex location, this is no different. It is cute on the outside as well as inside. I love their bobble heads decorations. Owned by the same owner so you know the quality you'll get. By the way, if you get their reusabe cups, you also get a straw cleaner to wash the stray. The cup is really cute. The little boy on it is the owner's nephew. How cool is that and a nice homage to him. You have three choices in lids: pastel purple, pastel blue or clear. Anyways, where did bubble tea come from anyways right? It originally started in Taiwan in the 80s and brought abroad in the 90s. It's a tea based drink with tapioca pearls, hence the name bubble tea or boba tea. Many places would make their boba tea with powder and this is where SipCha differs. They use fresh fruits that they cut up daily to flavour their teas. If you are a novice, you might want to try a flavour that you are familiar with. To those who grew up drinking this, you know how and what to order. On the same day as my visit, they posted on Facebook a flavour that I love for decades, winter melon. Well, you know what I got, winter melon, and my youngest daughter chose mango tango with milk cap instead of her usual taro/Ube. First sip until the last made nostalgic. It was good! My daughter loves hers too. I love that they stick to authenticity So if you are in Morrisville, stop by SipCha and treat yourself to either a boba tea or rolled ice cream. They also have macarons. The flavours of their macarons defer on what they make.

This small shop offers mighty drinks & dessert! Choose from a variety of flavors, toppings and choose your milk (if you have lactose intolerance issues, they offer milk alternatives!). I chose the strawberry shortcake with soy milk and my husband got the Ube Meets Taro. Both were delicious!! You can also choose your sweetness level if you prefer. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you want suggestions! Also I highly recommend the mochi waffles as they are both chewy and crispy as they are warm and yummy. Chocolate is the way to go, DUH. And if you stay to sip, we loved their music choice. Very reminiscent of Asian cafes with chill vibes. They also have the cutest reusable boba cups for sale! I used mine to get my shortcake drink and it's super cute. Comes with a cleaning scrub for the straw :)

Amazing boba. Probably the best place I've gotten boba. A bit higher in price but the customer service is always great. I've also tried the boba waffles and they are extra sweet but delicious. I put pictures from two different trips trying different things and they have all been amazing. They even have non-caffeinated options as well

We went there for the yelp elite event, but we will definitely be coming back . The place is so nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. We tried the strawberry shortcake with tapioca and it was so creamy and absolutely delicious.

Came here for a Yelp event. Service was good, boba tea was good too. Gave a lot of boba. Price was fair. I'm not a big boba drinker but I think I it's one of the typical boba tea shop. Would love to come back if it's a place my friends want to come and hang

On New Year's Eve, I ordered two strawberry milk with 25% sugar and oat milk. They were huge and so refreshing. It was packaged with a cute little pink heart. Currently, they have a BOGO deal on some of their teas on Uber eats. This strawberry milk tea hit the spot! It was filling and delicious. I am now ready for the New Years!

    Ube Meets Taro Strawberry Matcha
    Tammy L.

The drinks we got were SO GOOD! I got Ube Meets Taro with Herbal jelly and my partner got strawberry matcha and they were both creamy and delicious. The ube meets taro was amazing. It was sweet as you'd imagine but for someone who usually doesn't like super sweet and creamy drinks, somehow this just works. The herbal jelly provided a different texture and earthy flavor to contrast and I would get that combo again. You would like this drink if you like ube and taro, and I'm sure any of the toppings would go well. The strawberry matcha was also well balanced in flavor. We've gone back another time for fruit teas and I can't remember what they were but really enjoyed them as well. This is a hidden boba gem for specialty boba drinks as it seems not many people know about it. I've not tried their basic milk tea so I can't speak to that if you tend to like your boba drinks more traditional!

The croffle was good, I was a bit confused by the offered toppings however the whipped cream it originally has on it works well but has a very thick layer of it. Purple & Pearl specializes in fruit tea/bubble tea/milk tea/matcha latte/Vietnamese coffee/fresh milk beverages with a few snacks in the form of croffles (waffle and croissant hybrid). Upon entering, this space is very nicely decorated with high aesthetic appeal. I looked over the menu and decided on getting the strawberry lime tea with a croffle to snack on there. I got the tea with the lowest available sweetness (sticker on it stated 25%, from the natural sweetness of the fruit it was explained to me as I did ask for no sweetness) and liked it a lot with a great taste as well as refreshing. Looking at the topping section of the menu under the snacks/croffle area, I saw custard and asked for that on my croffle. I was quickly informed, short version, that the custard was not actually available as a croffle topping so after the explanation I decided on going with the default topping which was a lot of whipped cream with powdered sugar. I did take off a majority (not all) of the whipped cream and powdered sugar and enjoyed the croffle itself as a nice snack (in the future I would ask for no powdered sugar). I would definitely visit Purple & Pearl again for a refreshing beverage, I enjoyed the strawberry lime tea choice very much.

In looking at the menu, I spotted the Green Grape Sparkling Tea and went with that one. The staff member was pleasant and helpful taking my order. I ordered with less ice and no added sweetness, with the added fruit in it the sweetness was just right for me without adding extra so good call. The tasty bubbly tea was just what I wanted, I liked this drink. I did notice afterwards with their online menu that the "toppings" included with this drink are crystal jelly and lime slices, so I think I might ask for no crystal jelly next time. Also of note is that their containers are very sturdy with a good sized portion as well (as they are not the cheapest beverages but again, good quality). My tea came out in pretty good time, I thought, but did I did see others waiting around a bit for their order so it may depend on what you actually order on how quickly you get it. The texture of the boba is perfect, and the amount is well-balanced for a $6+ milktea. My first sip of the milktea itself didn't last a great impression, however. While I can smell the fragrant smell of freshly-brewed tea, I could barely taste the brown sugar flavor and the milktea doesn't taste as creamy as Feng Cha's or Milklab's. Even Tiger Sugar near H-Mart served better quality brown sugar milktea but it's slightly better than Breco Tea's disappointing Brown Sugar milktea. In other words: This milktea is average compared to other Brown Sugar milkteas we've tried. My girl loves its aroma and she says it's not bad. Customer service is fast: Barrista was able to serve our drink in less than 5 minutes. Ambiance is fine, place looked clean. The taro milk tea was really good and was recommended by the cashier, but the honey tapioca pearls were all stuck together and too soft rather than chewy. Then there's the takoyaki..I also found it too soft. It was more creamy in texture than others I've had. Inside was super cute with the warm lighting and casual seating. It's a great place to meet up with friends. I'll come back to try other items, but for now I think I'll wait a little longer for the kinks to be worked out, as they are still new.

The staff is very pleasant and kind, however they weren't very knowledgeable about tea. When I asked what type of black tea they used, all 3 employees were perplexed and said "it just says black." Upon tasting it, I could tell it was Ceylon, which is one of my favorites, but I do think the employees should work on being a bit more educated on their products. The store itself was setup really great for a group of a few friends and sit and chat while they drink their tea, however the chairs and tables were definitely "used", if you will. Not falling apart but a bit grubby. Overall, the tea quality is so good and the atmosphere good enough that Ill keep going back.
