The bingsoo was delicious: super refreshing with the perfect amount of sweetness from the mangoes, crunch from the almonds, and textural diversity from the cheesecake bites. You could share the bingsoo comfortably between 2-3 people. I definitely want to try one of their specialty lattes next time. Ambiance is super aesthetic & service is friendly. It not only sells coffee, but they also have fun desserts like Korean bingsoo and croffles, which are croissant waffles. It's cafe-style ordering, but the staff was so friendly in helping me pick out which dessert to get. I ordered the bingsoo, and it came with a delightful ball of sorbet on top of the shaved ice. I loved all the cheesecake bites. The cherry on top is that you can pour cream on top of the whole thing, which made it taste even more delicious. The bingsoo is definitely sharing size. You'll need at least two people to comfortably finish it. The hours are fairly long for a coffee shop (8am-8pm), and there's a medium amount of seating if you wanted to sit here for a while. Truly one of a kind. This cafe is perfect for those wanting to enjoy delicious drinks and and grab a sweet dessert or two. The environment is very welcoming and the aesthetics are attractive and minimal. The employees were accommodating and knowledgeable. The owner was also incredibly gracious and it was obvious she has a vast knowledge of her beverages and desserts. I am particularly picky about my drinks and often don't indulge in sweeter drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their drinks were not made too sweet. Usually coffee shops overuse their simple syrups but I was elated to find this was not the case. My friend and I drove 30 mins both ways to eat here while doing HW. The girls at the counter were not very nice, like NPCs lol. I am not trying to be rude, but they were impatient and blank and didn't say hi or thank you. But it was literally the only thing on their menu that was not sugar. It was $12. So $7 per average drink, $12 for cheese toast. The table we sat at first was so wobbly I was scared my drink was gonna fall on my laptop. The atmosphere overall was bland like the customer service. I really wanted to get their bingsoo, but was told that they stop serving it 30-minutes before closing. I was left with croffles and the drink menu. The lattes (all iced) were so tasty. I really enjoyed how the black sesame latte was true to its ingredient - black sesame. It is not a sweet drink at all. It's nutty and delicious. The sugar crunch latte is topped with pieces of dalgona. It's sweet and so tasty. It doesn't melt quick enough to be integrated into the beverage, but the topping as it self tasted just right. I tried the churro creme croffle and it was freshly made. The warm pastry underneath all the banana had a great texture and you could really taste the cinnamon punching through. Such a cute little cafe in Cary! It's so aesthetically pleasing inside, and the dessert selection is great! We got the mango sunshine bingsoo after a big dinner, and it was delicious!! It was not too sweet which I appreciated, and I really enjoyed the cheesecake bites at the bottom (they were SO good!).
