I just had an amazing first experience at Siperstein Dermatology that I felt compelled to RAVE about (Wish I could give them 6 STARS!!)! I had a suspicious new freckle appear on my arm that had me very nervous since there is a history of skin cancer in my family. I had just seen an ad for this practice in a magazine at my salon and called their Boynton office for an appointment since it was closest to my home. The young lady I spoke to could not have been more accommodating. While she did not have any openings in the Boynton location until the following week, she sensed my anxiety about this new freckle I discovered and said she would figure something out to get me in ASAP. Well, when she mentioned that one of their doctors had a cancellation and asked if I could make it to their Boca office later that same day in the afternoon, I was ecstatic that she found something for me so quickly! While a little more of a drive for me, I felt I would not be able to sleep without being examined. I must say that the Boca office is so nice and quaint, and the elevator actually opens directly into their very warm and inviting waiting room. As soon as the elevator door opened, I was immediately greeted by the young lady at the front desk (sorry, I'm terrible with names!). That was such a nice first impression, and that was just the beginning of a truly remarkable experience delivered by a fantastic team of friendly and compassionate women. Since I figured my appointment was an add-on, I was ready for a long wait (even brought a book), and started to fill-out insurance-related paperwork, but was shocked to be called back within 5 minutes of my arrival! When I had that look of surprise on my face when my name was called, the medical assistant asked if I was OK. I told her that I didn't expect to be taken back so quickly and she said, "we don't double and triple book appointments like a lot of the other dermatology offices, so you will rarely experience a wait here." This was a surprise to me, as I have never had that happen in another dermatology office, let alone any other medical office. She even took the clipboard with the paperwork I barely got through and told me I could complete it following my appointment (also a first for me). I then entered a very bright, clean and modern examination room where the medical assistant asked me what brought me into the office. She listened to me ramble on and said "not to worry, we will take great care of you!" It was so refreshing to encounter an assistant who was so positive and reassuring, and she also randomly asked what kind of music I liked. Within a few seconds after a few clicks on her iPad, there was a Josh Groban song (my favorite!) playing, which was such a nice touch and made me relax a bit. Within a few minutes of the assistant stepping out of the room, there was a knock on the door, and in enters a petite, young woman in a white coat with the biggest smile across her face. She introduced herself as Dr. Nestor and after discussing my concern and taking a look at the freckle that brought me in, she asked me when the last time I had a full skin check was. Since it had been over a year, I had a concern about a new freckle and mentioned the history of skin cancer in my family, she asked if I would be OK if she did a full-body skin check. I appreciated her asking me rather than mandating that I do it, and I must tell you that it was the most comprehensive skin check I had ever received! The assistant took photos of my moles with her iPad so that they could do a comparison during future visits. I was probably with the doctor herself for at least 15-20 minutes (unheard of!), and she took the time to answer my questions and calm my nerves! She did biopsy one suspicious mole, and I got a call a few days later that it was benign and nothing to worry about. The entire experience from the girl on the phone booking the same-day appointment, to my pleasant visit and the follow-up call regarding my biopsy results has sold me on just how incredibly well this practice is run! I am looking forward to visiting their Boynton Beach office next time, as it looks like such a gorgeous office. I would definitely recommend their practice to my friends and family as they truly care about and value each of their patients, which seems to be rare these days in medicine. read more

I am so glad that I found this office. What a beautiful office with an amazing staff. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the person at check out was very kind and helpful. I was not able to get into see Dr. Siperstein as she is a very sought after doctor which I can only imagine because she graduated from Yale. So I made an appointment with Dr. Elissa Norton instead and she was very kind and had a wonderful beside manner. She did not rush me which is something I really look for in a practice. Dr. Elissa Norton suggested a product for me from the Siperstein Product line and it was great. I really enjoy there products and they are reasonable in price. The overall experience was on par. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here. Kudos to you Dr. Siperstein for your acheivments. You have built a beautiful practice from your facility to your staff. read more

I recently had cosmetic services with Dr. Siperstein. This was my first visit, and I received some cosmetic fillers to add contour and depth to my face. The free standing building that houses the practice was impressive, as well as the area for cosmetic procedures. I waited only a short time, but enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and was treated royally. The staff was friendly and informative. I had a consult with the doctor, and she and I discussed the best way to approach my needs. She worked very well within my budget and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Her equipment was state of the art, and her manner was comforting. She was right on to where injected fillers would be needed. I had minimum swelling, no pain or discoloration from the work she did. The results were quite satisfying. So happy to have discovered Dr. Siperstein. read more

Only had great experiences with the staff and doctors in both Boyton and Boca Raton, Last summer at age 20 I had horrible cystic acne across my chest back and shoulders, I could not sleep comfortably, beyond gross, Dr. Siperstein and Dr. Meran tested the cysts, found the appropriate antibiotic and had my cysts cleared up over the course of 6 months. When it came to scarring it was a nightmare, I was covered in ice pick scars, The doctors assured me that time heals all, and even gave filler treatment on my chest because I couldn't afford it. The scars faded slowly but I got tan again and they were less noticeable. They really go above and beyond to see results and my body looks A1 again one year later. read more

Best place you could possibly go. There is no one in the world that I trust more with my skin than Janette. She is the absolute best at what she does and has completely transformed my skin over the past 4 years. I truly look forward to seeing her every 6 weeks or so because of two things: how beautiful a person she is and how amazing she makes my skin! As far as doctors go, I have seen a few different SipDerm doctors, but Dr. Nestor is by far my favorite. She is gentle and kind and willing to keep fighting for the end goal: great skin. After my most recent move, I travel almost an hour to keep seeing this talented team. I am so grateful for them! read more

After moving here from Charleston, SC two years ago, I was desperate to find a new dermatologist. Aa a cancer survivor, this choice has meaning for me. Apparently God heard my prayers and led me to Siperstein Dermatology. I was also fortunate enough to have Lainie Buck as my care provider. I have required a handful of treatments to my body. I cannot express enough how professional and caring every treatment was administered from Lainie and her supporting staff. You have been warned. Do not go here unless you wanted be to left botched or hospitalized . Horrible doctors, very mean and evil. They abuse and harass there patients. Run far away from Siperstein Dermatology. Several patients including me have all gotten flesh eating disease / cellulitis after going to dr siperstein. She is using dirty contaminated needles that is spreading deadly diseases to her patients. Several patients almost have died and are left hospitalized after going to this clinic. I visited this office to get a couple spots of concern checked out and saw Jeanelyn, PAC. Jeanelyn listened to my concerns and explained to me the options for removing the spots and her professional opinion on which course of action to take. She also gave me advice and recommended skin care products for sensitive skin and breakouts. Jeanelyn was wonderful and made me very comfortable throughout the visit. This is one of the best dermatologists that i have ever been to. Great staff, friendly, helpful and very efficient. No long wait times and when i was with the doctor i felt like she was happy to spend as much time with me as necessary, never felt rushed. Dr. Meran was amazing with both me and my son. Walked us through every step of the procedure until we were comfortable. She made us feel like family, not patients. I love this Dermatology office. I have seen many of the doctors including the PA and everyone has been amazing ! My initial impression was Sharon Rudd at the desk, efficient, nice, excellent at her job, truly cares about the patient and goes over and above to make sure you are well taken care of. Fabulously clean/spotless facility. From the time you walk in you feel welcome and relaxed with their courteous and professional staff. A very positive atmosphere as I observed team members working exceptionally well together. Waiting room time was minimal, and exam room waiting was only a few minutes. I was late 28 minutes for my appt. due to a 4.5 mile back up on the turnpike and I was not turned away.
