I have used Sir Carpet for years now, for both several rental properties as well as my own home. In both cases they always listen to my needs and concerns, show up when they are scheduled, and do an amazing job. And when I say they do an amazing job, I mean start to finish they get whatever it takes to get things done, even if that means staying a full 8 hours at one home to clean it top to bottom to my expectations. They also have great communication along every step of their process to let you know when and if they encounter unforeseen difficulties and explain them clearly and thoughtfully when/if they do and let you make the decision about it WITHOUT pressuring you one way or another, they just inform and do what is asked of them, amazing right? Despite all of the amazing work and attention they give you, Sir Carpet is amazingly competitive as far as pricing goes. In fact, I would go so far as to say they should just go ahead and charge more as most of their competitors would try to charge 30-40% more and do the job at about 60% of the quality Sir Carpet provides. Whether it's being among the few responsible people that get routine maintenance done on tile and carpet, or like most of us, just want someone to come every year or two and make our homes look and smell new Sir Carpet is by far your best option to get that done in a way that will exceed your expectations and make you wonder why it didn't cost more! Take it from me, I gave my business to at least 7 to 8 other companies over the years, trying to find someone I can rely on to take care of my rentals as well as take care of my own home, and everyone I tried failed in one or more major ways. Patrick from Sir Carpet came out to my house yesterday and even though he got caught up with an earlier job that took longer than he expected, he kept me in constant contact with his estimated arrival time and stuck to it. Unfortunately, I had to leave for work before he got here so I explained to him which rooms I wanted cleaned as per the Christmas in July special. Once he arrived at my home, he called me and informed me of various options regarding the type of cleaner used due to the amount of soiling (2 kids and 2 big dogs) as well as recommendations for specific areas. I liked the way he spoke to me...in other words, I didn't feel like he was trying to stick it to me and take me for a ride. We settled on a specific cleaning method as well as being charged a bit more for an added hallway. When I got home late last night, I was incredibly surprised to see the depth to which Patrick cleaned my carpets...I didn't think it was possible in several spots. Further, I observed that he actually cleaned MORE than we agreed to on the phone as a courtesy. When i spoke to him on the phone, he told me that he just didn't want to see my son's room left undone (it wasn't all that dirty at all) because his would be the only room not cleaned and didn't want him to feel bad. I bought a Groupon and then found this site... I was worried about my purchase after reading but really needed my carpet cleaned ASAP. I called and the lady on the phone was really nice she scheduled me for the following week. We've only lived here a year and a half and haven't spilled anything on the carpet and we don't have a cat (there is a very distinct stinky spot that we just can't get gone) ... but there were spots and stains that started appearing after being here 6 months. Our property manager refused to clean the carpet saying we must have done it. Sir Carpet had an appointment available in less than 7 days and on a Sunday for that matter. I live out of their service area so I had to pay $50 trip charge but I'll tell you, it's the best money I've spent. Dave was AWESOME! He called me when he was on his way to my house, just like the gal on the phone said he would. When he got here, he walked through my house asked what concerns we had and jumped right into the carpet. He didn't even mind my very curious 3 year old. If there is a problem with schedule Ashley will work with you until the problem is resolve she returns your calls and is extremely courteous . She had kept in touch with me all day as I needed to keep this time and she had exhausted all different ways to resolve this problem With no one available to do my carpets she sent George who is the owner George did a fantastic job on my badly cat stained carpets He was pleasant and and very through and did a fantastic job all the stains disappeared and my carpets looks great. WOW! Sir Carpet (Dave) is amazing!!! We are preparing to sell our home and the realtor suggested that we replace the carpet. We called Sir Carpet instead to get a quote and some good advice. There was no pressure or up-selling from Dave. We decided to give it a try and the carpets came out beautiful!! We also had him clean the tile floors downstairs (grout was very dirty and dark) and he was able to restore them to their original color. WOW! Sir Carpet just saved us thousands of dollars!! My technician (Dave) came out and we went over all the rooms I wanted cleaned. He showed me spots that he suggested should be deep cleaned and showed me, with the black light, the "pet" spots. I am in the process of selling my house so I really didn't want to spend a lot of money on cleaning the carpets. However, I took his suggestions and let him get to work. From the moment, I called and spoke to Cheryl to shaking hands with Damon in my driveway my experience has been excellent. I was greeted with a smile over the phone where Cheryl listened to what I was looking for and advised a tech would be able to give their assessment at the appointment (I appreciated they had availability the week before the holiday) and then take care of what I agreed to on the spot. So happy to have clean carpets again! George called on time, arrived on time and was done in a little over an hour--and we have a big house! Sir Carpet is a little old school in that the carpets will take 4 or 5 hours to dry--but that inconvenience is outweighed by the excellent service and great pricing! I highly recommend you take advantage of this amazing deal! I was considering buying new carpet as I thought it would be impossible for a carpet cleaning company to remove the numerous spots and stains from our 9-year-old carpet. I wish I could give one specific person this rating. In my opinion the company itself is a joke, and the people who run it are useless. That being said the guys that actually come out to do the work should get ALL of the credit for the overall success of the business. Dave has done work for me for years, and I have never been disappointed. His work is always consistent, and the price is always fair. After being in our new house for almost 2 years, we decided it was time to have the carpets cleaned. We also had an area rug that smelled like wet dog so badly, we had to put it outside. What a great group of people! My scheduled carpet cleaner cancelled the day before my move-out walk through, I called Cheryl. Very customer friendly. The technician, Oscar, who was great, took the time to explain my options with respect to removing some pet odors. Although there were other more expensive options, I chose the lest expensive. Oscar also felt this was the right option for me.
