My experience with The King Carpet Cleaning was frustrating from start to finish‼‼ I booked for 07/19 at 2:00PM. At 2:26pm after trying to call them, I finally got a text saying, "We can't go today," no apology or explanation. Okay?? i rescheduled 07/24 after Diego took 3 days to reply . I was quoted $120 "based on the condition," which seemed high but I agreed, assuming it was due to some dog urine pee. On the day of the RESCHEDULED appointment, the technician arrived over 30 minutes late. I had clearly stated & even sent photos of the -- 2 stairway entrances that need to be cleaned. The technician acted surprised & said he didn't have time to do both (after being 30 minutes late?? ) As for the actual cleaning? The dog urine stains were still visible, and basic foot traffic looked untouched!! he was in & out in under an hour and the results were underwhelming. Paying $120 for a single staircase and no results, I truly regret hiring this company & wish I could get a refund or at LEAST a discount for cancelling and being over 30mins late?? Terrible communication, when I called the person didn't identify themselves until I asked if I was calling the correct number. I requested a quote/invoice to be sent to me so I can submit it to my insurance and Diego said he would but ignored my txt on both days. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he's show up today at the time we agreed but he didn't so I basically wasted my time and the wkndend by being on stand by. I thought I was doing the right thing by leaning on a smaller "mom n pop" business but I just wasted my time. Go elsewhere read more

I needed my sectional cleaned, and found this company pretty quick online. Diego was quick to answer the phone, help with my questions, and provide a quote that was affordable. An hour later he was at my door ready to work, and didn't waste any time. His process was very thorough, and overall he did a great job. He even cleaned my pillows (which he didn't have to) at no extra charge. When it came time to pay, the total was MUCH less than what he quoted, so I was able to give him a nice tip. Was really looking forward to having them come out... Twice. First time I set up online booking and got an email later saying they would have to reschedule. Scheduled again for an upholstery cleaning and got the confirmation email and all looked good to go to start at 9:30 and finish around 11 am. Diego and his team took awesome care in our new house! They just did a second cleaning for us (different house). We're super careful with new paint and baseboards, asking everyone to do the same. Also, our staircase is tight, a switch-back, so equipment in and out isn't easy. They protected everything, especially the corners, which we really appreciated. Great communication, both times. We sold our house and I needed someone to come out on sat to clean 3 rooms and hallway and that was challenging to find someone last minute on a weekend.So I went on Yelp and started doing my research and found a lot of great reviews on this company so I had to call and see if they would be able to make the appointment so quickly and sure enough they got me a next day appointment.Excellent customer service,they even sent me a text messages notification on the ETA and the name of the person who was going to do the service Diego.Our carpet has a lot of little marks from kids and pets and I was almost positive those stains were never going to come out, but I was wrong Diego did such a great job it looks like a brand new carpet and I can't tell you how happy I am I took a chance and trusted the yelpers with their reviews,I too HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to clean your carpets as well. read more
