Zach arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us an honest quote, and explained the process. Juan, the technician, did an excellent job and our shower looks brand new again. Thank you! My back thanks you too- no more scrubbing the shower (and getting nowhere) every week now that it's been cleaned and sealed.

Floor after cleaning, grout recolor and seal

My wife and I purchased our home new 23 years ago and have taken fastidious care of the carpet and tile flooring. We had Stanley Steemer clean the tile floors some years ago when they were here cleaning the rugs and the results were totally underwhelming. When we recently rolled back a large rug under the kitchen table we were shocked at how dark the grout and even tiles were all around it - over the years it had gotten filthy and we hadn't even noticed. We hired Sir Grout and 2 of their techs came out yesterday and thoroughly cleaned, recolored, and sealed the grout lines. The results were beyond our expectations - it transformed the whole first floor of our home. The guys were friendly and professional and their workmanship was excellent. The best money we've spent on our home lately - our highest recommendation.

I was so frustrated with continuously cleaning my shower, even resorting to bleach, just to have the grout again get a green cast that I called those "replace your shower in one day" companies. Quotes ranged from $16,000 to $19,000. I read reviews for Sir Grout and had them come out. In the same one day time period, Larsen replaced the moldy grout with white epoxy. My shower looks brand new! I'm pleased.

    Looks brand new!

I recently had my shower stall tile floor regrouted and sealed. The existing tiles were old, mosaic type tiles so regrouting them posed a challenge! After a consultation with the owner, Zack, to describe my issue he assured me that they could remedy my issue. Juan, the technician, was scheduled to arrive within the week. He He was punctual, affable and talented! He spent an entire morning working i my bathroom. He removed the existing grout, replaced it with new grout, cleaned everything and sealed the entire shower stall. He did a phenomenal job. My floor looks brand new! I would highly recommend Sir Grout for any future tile needs! Linda G

Brian and his crew did an amazing job turning my chipped, dingy travertine with dirty grout lines into an almost-new looking floor.

Original 1980 home Saltillo tile/grout floor deep clean?

Don't know about tile/grout that old. The process I used deep cleaned but then also I "regrouted " with a durable tile paint.

I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

I will say it has been YEARS since I have witnessed employees hustle as hard as those guys did! Our Job was completed in 4 days. They were patient with us when we had a hiccup on day one and they worked with my husband to resolve it. Our floors are beautiful and we are so happy with their work! Started with J and B which was local and close to my house, and knew they had been in business for a long time. They've actually been in business for 47 years! Well, after meeting with Vicki, I didn't go anywhere else. She is a doll! She made everything so easy for us and the carpet was ordered, delivered, and installed within a couple of weeks. It looks incredible! J & B's prices are extremely fair and they have so many different options to choose from. I'm thankful to have met Vicki and to have worked with such a wonderful small, local business. If you're looking for flooring, make this your first stop. You probably won't go anywhere else.

But my suggestion for any person needing flooring do it before you've moved in because it was a lot of work even with paying for movers through J&B. Vicki was incredibly personable and easy to talk to because our house is small and we only had a couple rooms to carpet. We chose the wool carpet and now I'm in love and don't know what to do about ever moving into another home than not having wool carpet! Worth every penny! One room we did in a different cheaper carpet because we have parrots that use the room... our feathered kids so we opted for a piece from a commercial job they had left over and when we move we will redo the room in the wool. I had Florin install my luxury vinyl plank floors on my new remodeled home. High quality floors…read more The home had two new additions, each addition had a new concrete slab poured against the existing slab. These transitions had slightly uneven concrete since it was not seamless. One of these, Florin poured self leveler, albeit not nearly enough, the other he did not. The floor prep was not done correctly and now in both areas I have cracked flooring down my entire kitchen, as well as in the middle of my living room. I am talking 25' of continuous cracks right over the uneven concrete. The floors depress over 1/2" when you step on them. At first I thought i could live with it, so didn't complain, but as time went on it got worse and worse. Now the floors cut your feet. I had Florin out to inspect, and he gave me the typical contractor excuse that its a high traffic area and floors are cupping bc they are vinyl. (how can floors depress 1/2" if its installed on flat concrete?) I have built several homes and also work in the trades. The only 2 places in the home where this cracking exists are exactly down the fault lines of these two uneven concrete surfaces. Cupping does not cause planks to split in two at each seam. He tried charging me nearly 25% of my entire 3000sqft floor install to fix this 100sqft section, which no guarantee it will work or look good. This is clearly a workmanship error and I am so tired of contractors not taking accountability for their mistakes. Florin is one of those guys. Avoid doing business with him. For $100 in materials and spending 1 hour to float the floor properly, this could have been avoided. All slabs are going to have uneven surfaces from settling etc. A good flooring guy will take a level out and make sure to fill any voids. My floors are ruined and will need to replace now the entire great room and add a seam to make it look right. $5000 mistake.

Ideal gave me a good quote, came by to look at it, and was able to fit me into their schedule. My God the place looks new again. The floor just glows in this grand old Tudor Revival. And the repairs are solid and all but invisible. Smooth like butter. A couple weeks later, we had Ideal come back and repair the incorrectly installed engineered floor in the property's Casita. Another job well done - many flaws repaired, and no more clacking and popping noise as you walk across the floor. Great job guys - you're our new go-to for flooring.
