Being a rescue, our pup gets very scared and unhappy being in crates or cages so I will not take him to a groomer where he will be crated while he waits for grooming and to be picked up - I love that Rachel here does only one doggy at a time, so there is none of that!! I've been taking my dog to Rachel for almost a year now and very happy with the service. My dog is a bit timid and scared of many things including groomers, but seems to be more at ease here than other places. I love that Rachel does one dog at a time so I am not leaving my dog for hours all day and having her locked in a cage waiting to be groomed. This location is always clean and during Covid, has reduced human contact for drop off, pick up and payment for the safety of everyone.
