I am heart broken as I skim through these reviews, as someone who has been a client of their I am FULLY aware of how they manage their time and if I am ever to forget the front desk girl kindly reminds me! If anyone has ever worked with animals, they should know that they are not statues and WILL move as the groomer is running sharp instruments across their bodies, so NO they cannot give us an accurate time of when the dog will be done and I completely understand that and everyone else should too! And I for one do NOT want my dog sitting in a crate for a long period of time, so when I get my call that my dog will be done, I am making my way over there ASAP! They are NEVER rude and quite upfront of their fluctuating prices, if my dog is matted I very much want the matts gone or shaved out and I know for a fact that removing them by comb is quite uncomfortable for the dog! They use pee pads to go to the bathroom so if they have fleas they must of got them there if they had any. When I arrived they showed me a picture of a dog with a flea, not my dog. They did not itch, scratch or chew before their appointment so again my dogs did not have fleas. They are white dogs weighing 6 and 8 pounds. Also they added another $25. Fee as one of the dogs had a very small Matt on her tail. So please beware these groomers are not honest. So I did pay them the additional $75. Plus $150. And will not be returning.

I dropped my dog off under the impression that Vivian would be doing the grooming, but when I picked her up, I was shocked to find that someone else had actually cut her hair -- and completely ruined it! The haircut was uneven, choppy, and nothing close to what I asked for. My poor dog looked like a mess. I contacted Vivian (the owner) right away and asked if she could at least try to fix some of the damage, and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability -- just a complete lack of professionalism. If I hadn't paid in cash, I would've canceled the payment without hesitation. For $180, this was an absolute ripoff. I will never be going back, and I strongly advise others to stay away. If you care about your pet, do not take them to Posh Pup Grooming.

With that being said, I made an appt through their website after desperately needing of a new groomer for my dog, Peaches. I'm very satisfied with Vivian and her grooming salon. First, I do want to disclaim that my dog was very matted, very "dirty" and she's a elderly dog. So part of me was scared to take her to a grooming salon. But with a lot of care by Vivian and her teams. Peaches seems very happy and not as stressed as she used to be by previous groomers. What I really love about experience with Vivian were she's very detailed and explains the knowledge in what's good for my dog, what I should do, a lot of advices. She's not pushy either. And usually my dogs "cries" a lot when I leave her but as soon as she got inside. She was roaming around with other fur babies. Checking the place out...Which is rare but it made me feel comfortable. So I'm glad I stopped by. As for the price, it was pricey (it's because peaches was matted)... I hope next time, it's less (LOL)! I wish I took a picture of before but here's the after photos! We have taken our dog to Stella quite a few times, but after giving them far too many chances and…read morespending a significant amount of money, we are done. The grooming cuts have always been inconsistent and rarely what we asked for. Today was the final straw. What should have been a basic $75 bath and clean-up--not even a full haircut--left my dog with multiple visible cuts all over his belly. To make matters worse, management took zero responsibility for what are clearly clipper burns/cuts, and instead blamed me for 'not being happy with the service.' When a client's dog is injured and likely in pain during their appointment, you apologize and coach your staff--you don't blame the owner. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same.
