Siro's is a Saratoga staple that has been revitalized by the new chef Noah Frese. We visited on a Wednesday night and were greeted by the maître d Michael who is amazing and has been there for decades. The appetizers were all amazing but our highlights were the crab cake, the chopped salad, the crudo, the tartare, and the foie gras. For mains we had the sea bass, the halibut special, the veal chop and the seafood scampi (I suggest adding the pasta). The portions are generous, our waters were full and the drinks were flowing. Chef Noah has taken it up a level. Each dish is a creative, original take on a classic. The food has layers of flavor that shows his serious expertise. We hope to be back again and again.

The original and a must stop after a day of losing at the track. Rocking patio, great bars, free valet parking, excellent waitstaff. Fine steaks, large seafood Towers, tremendous lobster appetizers. Fast kitchen turning out spot on classics. Front of the house run expertly run despite the crush. The international waitstaff is the finest in Saratoga. A taste of old Saratoga that is vanishing fast. Well dressed crowd, sipping Siro's mules and burning through track winnings. A must during every Saratoga season.

Fantastic Birthday dinner with my wife and me. From the warm, friendly greeting from the hostess, Liz, to our servers Umberto and Sebastion it was an outstanding dining experience! My oysters, Caesar salad, and swordfish was great. Wife's scallops were also great. Don't skip the grilled Brussel sprout side nor the desserts! We'll be back for sure!

    Mint Mojito at Siro's!

I love when local eateries are well-loved because they deserve it. 9 Miles East Farm certainly does! A lot of the folks who came in for dinner wanted to sit on the terrace to bask in the last couple of hours of sun, but being from Florida I get overdosed with that and sat inside. I'm glad I did, the playlist reminded me of a Sunday picnic without being either. However, the atmosphere felt like that, even indoors. The owner was super personable, and the server was just the right amount of attentive. I ordered the chicken piri piri, and it presented beautifully. I felt comforted by the food. The tender grilled chicken parted from the bone with a twist of my fork and the mashed sweet potato was a great partner to the savory, citrusy, and slightly spicy piri piri. Im not even a chicken thigh person, but this dish changed me. I actually felt tended to and taken care of by the food! Does that even make sense??? It did when I was eating because that's how I felt. And the crazy thing is, I've been here once before. I loved what I ate, but it didn't feel like this. It's been a rough couple of months, but after this meal and listening to the carefree, but intentional music, it lit up my mood and my spirit. This will definitely be one of my go-to's when I visit Saratoga Springs, and I highly recommend 9 Miles East Farm to anyone. I think that a lot of people feel like they're visiting a friend's place when they come here. I definitely did.

It was rather busy when I walked in, and thats always a good sign. I love all their green plants lining the window and it feels so cheery in the sunlight. The falafel salad and souvlaki salad tasted both fresh and not overly done. The individual pots of tea ordered was perfect on this cold blustery day. It's a nice place to dine when you want to eat well without all the extra calories. The menu has a good amount to choose from, but not so much that you are feeling overwhelmed. Service is solid and they are attentive but they certainly don't hover. All in all it's a great place to eat and catch up. You'll leave feeling satisfied without the guilt of a heavy meal.

Our server was quick to help us and take our order. I had eaten beforehand, but I enjoyed some bites of my dining companions' Kobe Flatiron Steak and the Mahi Mahi fish special of the day. Both menu items were outstanding. The steak was absolutely incredible and the fish was lovely and moist. The portions were generous here and the food was beautifully plated. Scallions' menu is extensive as well. I appreciated that they indicated on their menu - which items were vegan and/or gluten free. If you're looking for delicious food paired with a welcoming dining area - Scallions is your spot. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the attentive customer service. Trust.

I'd come back just for the rolls, they were so soft, fluffy, and light with the perfect flaky salt on top to balance with the whipped honey butter. Delicious! Everything else was also great, the hanger steak is also tender and loved the hash that came with it and the crab spaghetti had ample crab meat in it. Presentation was gorgeous. Ordered beverages (coffee), then lunch, basic order, grilled cheese, omelet, funky short ribs with eggs and potatoes, fruit for the child. Tables around us start to fill up. In the 50 minutes that passed until we got our food two tables that sat 15-20 minutes after us were served their food. The waitress never came to our table, walked by a few times, no refresh on coffee, no status of obviously delayed food, nothing. I flagged her down and believe it or not I was met with attitude. She said she would check the status. She then stood at her station, 10 minutes pass, she is walking by heading to the patio, I say to her what is status, she says she hasn't checked yet. I ask for the manager. She never returned to our table for the remainder of the service. The most arrogant untrained and unprofessional server I have ever dealt with, and that is saying a lot. My daughter had to leave before the food was served, she and the baby left. Now let's get to the food. Maybe sat under some lamps, overcooked, dry, no flavor. The short rib, egg and potato dish was not fit to be served. Grilled cheese rated a 2, Comptons, a diner across the street is ten times better. Manager, tried to be professional and dropped off a gift card . $25 for a 115 dollar tab one hour plus wait for terrible food and bad attitude. I left the gift card for the waitress. I feel like I should have done more to make it right. I do not get the positve reviews. I ate here twice, both meals were terrible. I hope they read this review then reassign the server to cleaning and dishwashing and maybe provide some training to the staff. This frequent Saratoga local will not go back. A problem in SS is our success allows for bad food and terrible service providers to stay in business.
