The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. She mapped my brows, did some color matching, and talked about expectations the day of the appointment. I felt very well-informed and comfortable in her hands and with Boss Gal in general. My appointment was the following week and it went as smooth as expected. And speaking of expectations Kayla provided me with an overview of what the next week or two would look like from the appearance of my brows to the healing process and everything else. On day two they were super dark, but as she advised they would soften over time and they did! Four weeks later was a touch-up and it was exactly what I needed. My brows look natural and match my face shape and hair color flawlessly. It's so nice to just wake up and get up and go, to not worry about penciling in my eyebrows and accidentally wiping one off! She listens to what you want and makes sure the results are what you expected. And let me tell you. There is never, ever going to be anything comfortable to me about spreading your legs into butterfly formation to a stranger, but somehow Marion makes that process *as painless as possible* and as non-awkward as possible.
