I found just the color I wanted with her input. My nails look fabulous and I'm excited. The salon is bright, clean and well appointed. There is plenty of parking in front. I came here for a quick regular nail polish change to prep for a wedding later that day. We didn't have time for a full pedicure, and I did one a few days ago anyway. I was visiting from out of town and this was one of the few places that were open on Sunday. Even though my appointment was at 10:45, no one got to me until at least 30 minutes later. Also, I noticed the nail polish they have was questionable. They only have this iGel company and when I googled it they look like a cheaper brand. My options were limited so I stuck with it, thinking maybe it would still stay longer since I was getting it done by them instead of doing it myself. I'm posting this review 4 days after getting my nails done and you can see in the picture that it didn't stay well at all. Usually a regular nail polish color change on my feet lasts a few weeks for me. I am adding back some stars since the nail techs were nice and fixed my color when I put my sandals on too soon, and they let my fiance sit in a massage chair next to me even though he wasn't getting anything done. Update: after posting this review, the salon contacted me stating they have now stocked Opi nail polish and offered to do it again for free. Since I don't live nearby I declined the offer but I am very impressed by the customer service at this salon. I decided to try this new nail salon that had recently opened & OMG am I happy I did!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and was pampered from start to finish. Offered a drink, had a phone charger at every station, they even gave me chocolate! (I'm pregnant and this totally sealed the deal.) Not to mention the whole pace is a vibe - cute decor and lights & music videos playing. Now to the actual work. They really took their time with my pedicure and balance and both look amazing. I made an appointment for mani/pedi for a special occasion. Going in I thought it was odd that you had to text confirm a few hours before otherwise they cancel your appointment. Once I was there my nail tech did not even acknowledge me. I get it if you don't want to chat but a 'hello' would at least be appreciated. The pedicure was horrible. The person did such a bad job and kept smudging/having to restart. Another employee (maybe the manager?) came over and looked at it and made the tech take it all off and got someone else to re-do it. I was very appreciative of this and that's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars, but also there was no apology or anything for my negative experience or fact it took 2x as long. The place also wasn't overly clean. Overall, I do not recommend this establishment and most certainly will not go back. read more

i'm kind of disappointed. I scheduled an appointment last saturday sep 25th and not my nails done. They were great at first but it being only 4 days later, my nails are falling apart. Today started off so rough as another nail shop was rude after running behind for an appointment. After calling to 5 different places and getting told no Social Nails moved a few clients around to fit me in for the balance and pedicure. Everyone was really nice and the setting was calm and clean. I was greeted at the door, they gave me a drink, and made me feel really at ease after a day of everything going wrong. The pedicure lady (I forget her name) she never rushed. She was super open about herself as a person in a professional way and truly took her time with the pedicure. My last nail shop left a lot of acrylic on my nails and the nail lady (I forgot her name too but she's the owner) fixed everything for me, cleaned them up, and did a minimal design I request. I truly rate them five stars as the owner walked out with me since the shop was closed to make sure I made it to my car safe. I'm excited to go back and continue to do business with them! read more

First of all, they cancelled my appointment without telling me. I recieved an email my appointment got cancelled, no one called. Then, once i called and got it figured out i had to talk to someone 3 TIMES to get my appointment figured out. It was very disturbing & unprofessional. You'd think someone would call to cancel an appointment not email you without a call? Right. My boyfriends mom and I went to get gel pedicures. Mine was very rushed, i have gel polish on my cuticles and my ingrowns weren't cut like they normally do so. It felt like i was at a foreign nail salon, all they want to do is rush and get you out the door. My boyfriends mom also asked the girl who was doing hers to get the ingrowns, & she didn't know how too. I have been coming here for a year, my nail tech was AMAZING & i still go to her to this day. She does AMAZING pedicures & honestly i was expecting the same from the owner of the establishment whom did my pedicure. I recently visited Social nail bar for an acrylic French manicure and it was a very unpleasant experience. It started when I walked in and was greeted with a extremely unorganized reception desk, so unorganized that I assumed/asked if the salon was new; however, my nail artist said they have been open for over a year. Anyways, I can look past lack of professionalism as long as my nails look great but it was actually the opposite. The shape is nothing like I asked nor is the design. The nail artist I booked wasn't even able to do a simple white line and sent me to another nail artist to finish the job which was quite alarming. What was even more alarming though is that the person she sent me to did a horrible job too! The work was very sloppy and the white lines are crooked SMH all around bad experience, will NOT be back! What I like about Social Nail Bar is that they can do the trendy nails you see online that other nail salons can't do. They have lots of stones, sparkles, designs and different acrylic powders to choose from. I gave four stars only because the times I had gotten my nails done, the shape of the nails were not very good but the design I asked for was exactly what I wanted. The salon is dirty. I could not lay my wallet on the check out counter due to the dirt build up. It's all over the salon. Dirty wastebasket, overflowing with used paper towels. I pointed out the dirt during my appointment. Jensen, the nail tech, feigned surprise. The dirt is obvious. When I checked out,, i showed her one area of concern. I went in earlier today to get nail dip before work and there was a scheduling error and my appointment was going to overlap with another clients. I let them know it was absolutely okay to reschedule but the owner was so kind; he and the nail tech found a way to fit me in. This was my first experience there and I can honestly say it was great. The staff was very friendly and inviting and the salon was very clean. I picked out a color and the nail tech knew what I was going for and recommended something different.
