I put in the notes section of the comment what I was coming in for and booked it. I showed up day of, and I was told they put me with someone else bc the person I made the appt with was inexperienced. (Then why did they put her on the schedule for someone to choose? ) they said that they tried contacting me to let me know bc they didn't know what I wanted (it was in my notes section when I made the appt), and the person they put me with was 35$ more than the person i picked. From a tier 1 of 55$ to a higher tier person at 90$?! They were very polite about it and understanding when I said 90$ was too much for a trim on the back of my short hair, and I wasn't staying for it. But I don't think I'll be going back ever again. I'd rather go to a salon that does just as good for a more reasonable price.
