UPDATED: I would hate for someone to order flowers from this company for a funeral, wedding, or for the birth of a baby. Please do not use this company! Please read further for why. My husband ordered my daughter and I bouquets for Valentine's from the company ProFlowers because he was out of town for the holiday. ProFlowers contracts with local florists such as Sissy's which has made matters a bit confusing. But I will start by saying I was so sad at what we received! My bouquet looked like a haphazard of random flowers they had on hand and nothing compared to what my husband ordered (he ordered a bouquet expecting it to look like the bright yellow and white bouquet in the stock photo from ProFlowers' website.) The bouquet that I received had a Sissy's card attached to it and was yellow, had fern spray, random red, pink, and purple flowers interspersed. It is pictured below, and as you can tell it doesn't bear any sort of semblance to what my husband ordered. This is where I am updating my review though---to say that apparently UPS delivered my daughter's flowers in a box (presumably from ProFlowers but I will admit I'm not sure who actually supplied those particular flowers, since Sissy's only fulfilled one bouquet the first time.) Regardless, my daughter's roses were wilted upon arrival. I'm not claiming that Sissy's did my daughter's bouquet the first time but it was strange that my husband ordered 2 bouquets for the same time frame and one came delivered by UPS and one came delivered by Sissy's. Well, after writing this negative review and requesting a refund from ProFlowers, the following day we receive a replacement bouquet for my daughter....but this time hers DID come from Sissy's (originally hers was delivered, as mentioned earlier, by UPS from some unknown ProFlowers supplier.) Well, her replacement bouquet ...it still didn't even remotely look like what my husband originally ordered. He ordered her colorful dyed roses and this time we received red roses mixed with daisies and lilies. It was so confusing, I have no idea if Sissy's delivered the replacement bouquet as an apology or what (even though I never reached out to them directly) but even then, the bouquet was still completely different than what my husband ordered. I write this review not to be negative but to be honest---I would never want to entrust someone's more important event like a wedding, funeral, etc, with a florist that doesn't remotely come close to the floral configuration you ordered. That's just not a good practice! I would think ProFlowers shows pictures to its contracted florists and expects them to come up with a similar bouquet. My husband originally spent $180 to have these all sent to us. For that much you'd think the floral arrangements would look close to what was ordered! I would hate for someone to order flowers for something more significant like a wedding or funeral and be disappointed! read more

I ordered an arrangement through FTD USAA for someone's birthday and the arrangement they delivered was AWFUL! It literally looked like a $5.99 bouquet from Walmart! Please do not waste your money with this florist. They have no clue how a classy, beautiful, acceptable floral arrangement should look like! I was completely embarrassed by the bouquet that was delivered as a representation of me. I will never order through FTD USAA again if these are the kind of florist being used. read more

I apologized to my daughter for the quality of flower arrangement and showed her a picture of what it should have resembled. My husband ordered me a bouquet and chocolates through FTD for our anniversary. The arrangement and chocolates were $125. The florist showed them as "delivered" at my place of employment on our anniversary, but I did not receive them. When we called FTD, they said they would have them re-delivered. They finally came at 8pm the next night, and they were far from what he ordered. The bouquet was small and cheap looking in a vase that was far too small. The chocolates were 6 Russell Stover chocolates. If I could give a zero rating, I most certainly would. Don't use this florist for anything!!!! read more

I ordered two dozen anniversary roses thru FTD, and what was delivered was poor quality roses that were almost completely open in a five inch tall vase that tipped over whenever you set it down. I made pictures if anyone doubts my statement. Because the card was from Sissy's Florist, I called and talked with Stephany the owner who didn't see anything wrong...which tells us a lot about her business ethics, not to mention her hillbilly demeanor. FTD says Sissy's is their only vendor in the Daphne area, but they are looking at alternative florists, which also tells us alot. It is our first anniversary and my wife knows it was out of my hands, but it is truly disappointing to have spent $179 and get last years' flowers delivered this year .( Humor and a dispute at the CC company are the best medicines ) read more

He was extremely upset and disappointed because he wanted to surprise me. I had to come back to my job and get the flowers that were suppose to be delivered during my shift. I ordered The Valentines Day bouquet from pro flowers and they had Sissy's make the arrangement. I ordered this almost 2 weeks before the scheduled delivery. They brought it to my house about 8:30 am. I could not believe what I received. It was nothing like what I had ordered off of pro flowers. I know it's not going to look exactly like the picture but c'mon, I could have went to my local grocery store and had a bouquet that was 10x more pretty and much cheaper than what I paid for this crap. If I could give a ZERO rating...I would! Absolutely unacceptable! Today was the third attempt at getting my grandmother flowers for Mother's Day. Yes...it's Thursday of the week after Mother's Day. Her flowers were supposed to be delivered on the Thursday before Mother's Day. The first ones....never showed. The second ones showed up with absolutely no water. Does this place even exist? The phone number isn't correct on the website. The customer service site doesn't function. I feel really stupid for not reading reviews before ordering. I ordered flowers on line from out of state. They were supposed to be delivered before my friend went into the hospital. They were never delivered. I'm beginning to believe this place is fake. I would not recommend this florist. My son ordered an arrangement for his mother for Mother's day. The flowers were not fresh and the water in the vase was murky. The flowers were delivered Monday evening and by the next day the flowers began to wilt. One of the stems to the carnation was broken. The florist added a disclaimer stating due to Covid, they are not guaranteeing the exact flowers for the arrangement but are advertising "above value with fresh long lasting flowers." read more

I had, what was supposed to be an OVAL basket with a mixture of green plants, approximately 19"W x 15"H..., a delivery from my home state Virginia to SISSY's Florist in Mobile, ALA for the initial viewing/funeral services on July 7, 2021. I believe the delivery was on time; however, the flower arrangement was a bunch of "TRASH". Flowers, of some sort, were stuffed into a round container as if a child had done the stuffing. The arrangement was worth $5.00 or less. I was very, very disappointed with the arrangement and will contact my florist in Virginia and tell them not to ever use SISSY's Florist again! I'm surprised Sissy's Florist is still in business and it's a mystery why Pro Flowers or any other online florist contract through them. The flowers are way overpriced and Sissy does horrible work. Save yourself the extra money and go to Publix or Winn Dixie. Both stores deliver. read more

My sister ordered me a bouquet for my birthday from either pro-flowers or 1-800-flowers, first they sent my sister a message that they were delivered on Friday, my sister called me and I told her I had not received them. She called the next morning and was told they would be delivered Saturday, well I did get them Saturday around 4:00 pm. What I received was absolutely horrible. The bouquet is very small with old roses and daisies. No bow or anything. I sent a photo to my sister and she was very disappointed as I am as well. My sister has always sent beautiful flowers, so I was wondering why these Are so skimpy and ugly. Well, as it turns out, they came from Sissy florist which is where they came from. I told my sister to NEVER use this florist, and when ordering through another florist, to insist they not use Sissy's. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!! I ordered a mother's day arrangement from 1-800-flowers and they contracted with this florist to provide the arrangement. The flowers received looked nothing like the order I placed. They arrangement was about half the size of what I paid for, and many of the flowers in the arrangement were already spent when delivered. I felt so bad, I ordered a second arrangement from another florist to make up for the lousy job this company did! Sadly my dog passed away and my friend sent me flowers from Sassys Florist. They looked days old and not even 24 hours later the blooms are already dying and drooping. I hope she didn't spend a lot on these but she probably did. That's just her. Would not recommend at all read more

I ordered through my local florist knowing they work with other florists to place orders in other towns. There is an error with the Funeral Home name in the systems and it is listed twice - once with the correct address and once with the incorrect address. The name of the funeral home is listed as: "[Funeral Home Name] Atmore, AL" and then a Mobile address auto-populates. My bad for not double checking the address that auto populated under the correct funeral home name. The order was routed to Sissy's because that wrong auto-address was in Mobile. Instead of Sissy's knowing there is no funeral home with that name in Mobile, or checking that the deceased was at said funeral home (which most other florists always do), they delivered the flowers to the random address that auto-populated. My florist tried to get Sissy's to accept partial payment for materials, but they insisted full payment. I don't know who ended up with these flowers but judging from the pictures others have posted, it sounds like I would have been just as upset with shotty flowers than with no flowers. It is a damn shame that there is a florist out there in a national network with other florists that operates this way, especially during a time of grieving. read more

My daughter sent me succulents and flowers for my birthday. Arrangement arrived and it was very pretty. I sent my daughter a picture of thx. And it was not the succulent arrangement she had sent. It was just a regular arrangement. My daughter spent 160.00 on the arrangement. The next day late in the day another very small arrangement showed up in a regular clear vase. The pink roses were already opened and very brown even the water was dirty and slimy. Apparently there was also to be delivered chocolate candy WITHOUT NUTS due to severe nut allergy. They delivered a large Ferrero Rocher that contains nuts. When the second arrangement arrived the delivery person stated that the chocolate melted and she tossed it. I have tried repeatedly for the past three days to call Sissy's Florist and gifts the phone just rings then asks for a remote code. Needless to say we will never use this florist again read more
