Just a horrible mess. We went to our neighbor's sale in Wilmette. They should be called the screaming sisters or swearing sisters. I have never heard such verbal abuse towards customers. Nothing was priced. The owner's medications were on the countertop. The home was a mess. There were items strewn all over the house, on the floor, stairs, closets, hindering movement. Someone had a huge pile of items they were buying. One of the sisters said $200. The other person said $20. They sister swore at the person calling them cheap, "were not in Skokie" and told them to "get out of here." The other woman countered and offered $25 which the sister agreed to. They then gave the person free items. "Go ahead just take it." The same abuse occurred multiple times while we were there. There were only two employees in the house, both in the same room and no one else. The sale was understaffed and people were taking advantage of the situation. If you are looking for steals of a deal this is the perfect place for you as long as you can tolerate their verbal abuse. If you intend on hiring them you should attend one of their "give your home away for free" sales first so you know what you are getting into. Just a horrible mess.

Me and my girlfriend went to our first ever estate sale today, and I must say I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. Sister Sales are for sure wired up and they are HUSTLING. But the one sister explained everything to us how estate sales work as we had no clue and worked with us like crazy to send us home with an awesome living room table we fell in love with. She knocked hundreds off original asking price and we're very happy with it. Honestly this experience has us wanting to do estate sales more now. Didn't experience and rudeness or racism as other people mention. Just a bit pushy on the sales but as I said that's the job. I think you need to go into things like this with an open mind.

    Mean sister

Nothing priced, person running sale was so rude and condescending. Also her mask around her neck, so not practicing appropriate covid protocol. There are far better estate companies available. Steer clear of this horrible company.

Rude, obnoxious and insulting. If that's how you like to be treated when you attend an estate sale, the attend the sisters sales.

She took care of everything, making sure my parents felt comfortable throughout the process. She was especially patient and kind with my mom, who was anxious and overwhelmed preparing to sell their home of nearly 50 years and most of their belongings. The Estate Edit not only advertised and sold several large-ticket items before the sale, but also staged everything beautifully. They even created an INCREDIBLE, customized video that highlighted the items for sale while celebrating the history of our family home--a special touch we'll never forget. During the sale weekend, Molly checked in with me daily to update me on what was selling. What could have been a stressful, emotional process turned out to be smooth, professional, and even more successful than I expected--we sold and earned more than I had hoped, and their services were worth every penny. I can't recommend The Estate Edit highly enough!

The hours ran from 10 a.m. thru 2p.m. we were among the first to get into the house, we got in at 10:04 a.m. We got upstairs before 10:06 a.m. and not one piece of furniture was priced. We were interested in a taller wood dresser and a smaller folding wood desk. The help was not good at all finally a older woman on her phone walked into the room and aked if we were interested in any of the furniture. We told her yes the taller wood dresser and the folding wood desk. She told us all the furniture was italian and very well made that sounded so odd, and that they would be expensive. She said there were 10 people already interested in the dresser and that the folding desk rolls in and opens and closes very easy. My girlfiend told her how is there all this interest in the taller wood dresser since no other customer came in to look at it while we were there and talking to this woman she didn't answer that part. This woman refused to give us a price on anything she left and came back several more time hiding more and more merchandise under the bed. She made comments to another woman that someone was going to pick up the merchandise under the bed at the end of the day. Since this woman refused to give us a price on anything we just left. My girlfriend really liked this furniture so we came back the last day of the sale to see if we could get anywhere with a price. We walked in the same room and saw three other people struggling to get the folding desk open they all said it was broken. We found out this woman's name it is Liz. She said the desk was supposed to be that way everyone said broken. All this Liz did was lie and tell others different prices for the same items. One item had a crack in it Liz said it belonged there all she did was lie and also all the merchandise she his was still under the bed how odd no one picked it up like she told someone they would. Everyone in the room talked about Liz stealing all this merchandise and the majority of the merchandise was still there from day one. Estate Sales Plus is among one of the worst Conniving Liz is a Lier and a Scammer.
