My wife and I experienced this at an estate sale in Lake Forest last week. First, they don't price anything. They ask you to bring it to the "transaction area" where they then look at what you want to purchase and give you a price. So, they gave us a crazy price and we negotiated. Her response with disgust was "where do you think you are...an Evanston garage sale?" Each time we negotiated for a lower price, she responded with demeaning comments. And then of course there's the experience of hearing the two women running the sale, yelling at each other. (not sure if they are sisters). After the purchase, my wife asked one of the sisters if we could bring our car up the driveway to pick up the merchandise and was given the A-OK. But once we pulled up, another "sister" came up and yelled at my wife for pulling into the driveway. I don't see why anyone would ever hire this group. There are much better choices available.

The vendors they use are excellent and they are open to clients using their own.
